Spacious & newly remodeled 2b/2b set directly on the OCEAN (ocean/beach side of A1A). 1300 +/- sq. feet of living space all on one level, in a well-appointed condo on the BEACH. Large balcony w/ perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean, coastline, and NEW resort-style, heated swimming POOL. Centrally located just minutes between downtown Delray (1 mile north) and downtown Boca Raton (2 miles south) for shops, restaurants, etc. Newly remodeled, fully-stocked kitchen & bathrooms with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. One reserved, covered parking space. Plenty of additional guest parking. Elevators, luggage valet and shopping carts available in parking lot. FREE high-speed wireless internet throughout, HD flat screen cable TVs in both bedrooms & living room all included. SMART TVs in living room & primary bedroom. BALCONY: Sectional cushioned sofa, 4-seat table, plus additional cushioned chair, and coffee table. PRIMARY BEDROOM: King bed, in-suite bath w/ dual shower, ocean views, sliding doors to balcony BEDROOM #2: Day bed w/ trundle (opens to king), plus a bunkbed (bedroom # 2 sleeps up to 4 people). LIVING ROOM: Spacious w/ oversized SOFA-BED, chairs, flat-screen SMART TV, sliding doors to balcony, views of the water. Well-appointed clubhouse w/ beautifully decorated social room, game room (including pool table & ping pong), library area & fitness room. Shuffleboard adjacent to swimming pool. Protective shutters and impact glass throughout condo. MINIMUM 3 MONTH RENTALS (or 90 consecutive nights), NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Short 1/4 mile walk up the beach (or path) to Delray Sands Resort for indoor/outdoor restaurant & bar. Perfect location for some of the country's best golfing, fishing, and just 15 minutes from Boca Raton Executive Airport, and 30 minutes from both Palm Beach Int'l & Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airports.

Very nice condo in excellent location with spectacular ocean views. Hosts were very organized and easy to work with. Condo was nicely decorated and immaculate. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway
Perfect getaway
The condo was very clean and perfectly located on a beautiful beach with excellent views of the ocean from the balcony. The location was right in between downtown Delray Beach and Boca for easy access to stores and great restaurants. The owners were very helpful. Neighbors were friendly and we’ll be looking forward to staying here again hopefully next year.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Glad we got the corner unit for the extra space. Not sure which was better; Cooking in the kitchen while overlooking the ocean to breakfast on the balcony over or having the beach at our footsteps. Can’t wait to come back.
