Come enjoy this cosy cottage in peaceful Bay Vista. Built in 2017, newly furnished and equipped with a gourmet kitchen. Located closer to the canal and bay you will be able to enjoy quiet walks at night to check out the stars. Only 2-2.5 miles from downtown and Rehoboth Beach it's conveniently located to avoid the traffic on route 1. The home includes a Rehoboth Beach parking pass. This home comfortably Sleeps to 6 people. A bonus office space with a “tween” day bed could be added for a seventh bed. Parking on site accommodates up to 4 cars. No pets please!
Your rental includes bedding and bath towels and kitchen linens. Owner supplies beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, quality bed linens, bath towels, cleaning supplies and paper goods. Just bring your Beach Towels!
From Memorial Day through Labor Day we prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals.

We had a wonderful time in Rehoboth Beach. The house was very cute and clean. We loved how close we were to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean home and close the beach. The only issue we had was the refrigerator. The refrigerator was extremely loud which made it difficult for us to relax in the living room. Would stay again once the refrigerator is replaced or fixed.

Could not have asked for a lovelier home. Clean, well stocked with a quiet location. We loved the back porch and appreciated the extra touches provided by our host. Highy recommend.
