Amazing facilities with all kinds of amenities. Onsen was fantastic for only 150 yen per night, and a free ice cream afterwards. The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. You could even check on the TV room if laundry or drying machine was empty, or how crowded the onsen was. The breakfast was outstanding, Japanese style, not Western.
The only downside I can put is the location, which was great for getting in and out, because it was just right outside the JR station, but a bit far from Nara Park and the temples.

It was so close to the train station and the room was a hood size too.

Location next to Nara station, and the rooms were fully equipped and clean.
Unable to use onsen, as it wasn’t clear when booking this was nude, as we had tattoos we were unable to cover these with clothing we had bought to do so.
Noise from other guests disturbed sleep before 6am.
Breakfast was limited and not of the best quality.
