Attended my nephew's wedding. It took place at St Anne's Shrine. Location was perfect only 3 minutes away! Host's were accommodating to check in a little early and had some sweet gifts. Needed beds for up to 6 and 2 bathrooms a must. Very adequate. If you remember your Grandparents camp by the lake, very comfortable but dated. I agree with one of the reviews that the shrubs are unkempt and block the lake view. Water pressure was VERY low. All in all a nice stay.

The property is in a great location, and has all the necessary amenities (and more). We were able to spend a lot of time relaxing at the lake. The communication with the owners was excellent. Scott and Marylouise are both wonderful people, and attentive to everything. We would definitely rent here again if back in the Lake Champlain area.

Our ages were late 70's and 80's. One of us cannot climb stairs. The downstairs bedroom was important. Everything that we needed was provided. The best feature of the house is the owners; they made the place feel like we were just using a friend's lake house for the week. They respond to any need at any time. We locked ourselves out twice! No problem. It's a charming old house, very comfortable. We highly recommend it.

My wife and I and another couple spent a week at this place. The positives: Great location and neighborhood! Sunsets were spectacular! Marylouise and Scott are very nice people Kitchen was well-equipped Improvements needed: I must admit that given all the five star ratings on this property our expectations were high, but what we found was definitely not up to other 5 star VRBOs at which we have stayed. Overall, the place is in need of more than just casual surface updating. Things like a screen door with a broken hinge, tiles missing from the kitchen floor and the existing tiles cracking and discolored, a bathroom storage unit delaminating near the tub/shower, bedroom shag carpet way past it’s useful life, windows that would not open or when opened, would not stay open, water pressure so low in the first floor bath that showers took forever. Temps during our stay were in the 70s during the day and fell to the fifties at night, so the house stayed comfortable. On our last day, temps got into the eighties and stayed in the high sixties that night and the house was on the edge of being uncomfortable. The air conditioner in the lower bedroom was not installed. The outdoor furniture was dirty so we had to scrub it to sit on it. The bushes off the front deck were about 12-15 feet high and about as broad, obscuring the view to the lake from the deck and house, so we spent much of our time outside on the lawn. The VRBO picture of the house must have been taken some years ago.
