A huge stone hearth in the heart of Al Manar sets the scene for your awesome beach stay in this bright, quiet and comfortable tri-level, steps from the beach in Waldport. With a fire roaring in the hearth, you and your guests can lounge on the spacious sofas and talk or watch TV or gather around the dining table to enjoy ocean views and the cozy ambiance of this lovely tri-level. A deep, fully equipped galley kitchen provides all you’ll need for eating in. The sleeping areas are split off from the gathering space, with the kids in twin or bunk beds and their own bathroom on the lower entry level and two queen bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Sliding doors off the living room take you to a deck with chairs facing to miles and miles of sandy level beach.
Take your own private pathway right to the sand and feel the sky and water on the horizon open before you. It’s a short drive to Waldport’s soaring Alsea Bay Bridge and dining and shopping in town. Newport and Yachats are easy drives in either direction through scenic coastline. You’ll know you’ll be coming home to Al Manar’s welcoming fireside at the end of the day, so let the adventures begin!

Comfortable and clean. Ample amounts of everything a house normally has and then some. Easy access to the beach and a fireplace that works, both a plus.

We appreciate the vintage charm of the townhouse and quiet beach. Felt like Grandma's place at the coast. The fireplace was a major draw for us. There were sand toys for kids and easy access to the beach. No sandy kids in the car. Now if you're bringing little little kids with grabby hands, you will need to put some things up as you settle in and there's is no railing on the deck, with about a foot and a half drop. The view is beautiful and calming, though. Feels private and quiet.As we left we noted a few things we found needed repair with the property manager. Quick, easy, painless. It'll stay on our list of places to stay for this beach.

Yes had everything that would be needed. I wanted a larger pan because I was cooking spaghetti so i bought one and left it there. But there was a good selection already there.

Location was wonderful, the rocking chair was broken, doesn't rock, and the burners on the oven weren't plugged in properly causing us to have to problem solve in order to cook. Overall amenities were nice.
