Unit needs some updating and loving. It would be great if there was a closet that was usable, as the one in the bedroom is often full of cleaning materials, though this time it only had a wide shower chair which made it impossible to store luggage. The location is great for walking to several Nye Beach restaurants and the view is wide open to the ocean.

Great view. Condo was clean Unfortunately the hosts are not on top of this place. Bed was uncomfortable and linens could use updating. Towels were not absorbent and had stains. It is NOT easy access to the beach. You have to either walk to the beach via the public parking ramps which you have to pay for or you drive down. Being handicapped did not make this place easy access. That info would have been considered when renting this place. Though it was clean the condo seemed shabby with cracked floors, furniture that was uncomfortable (bar chairs have no support in the cushions), woodwork in desperate need of paint. So I find that this listing is inaccurate and I want the next guests to be prepared.
