The hotel was very nice and cleanIt was very, very crowded. Staff was always very niceOur experience with the staff person that was trying to sell us. A condo was great until we said no, and then she was like the ice queen.

This hotel is paradise !There is something for everybody .There are different areas for different types of parties:families or adults everyone can find the right place to enjoy their vacation.
we reserved through VRBO and in the description they say beautiful view but in fact it does not guaranty the location of your unit .Since we reserve late we ended up in a back unit .we learned that the later you reserve the lower floors and not so good view you get .
The beach chairs and umbrella are not free (expensive )
The 2 restaurants on site were good.We always had a table available .There is also a lot of other eating options outside of hotel.
We would return.

This is a timeshare property with all the amenities! The kids loved the pools, activities and easy walk to a beautiful beach. The shaved ice was a perfect treat after a water day. This is located right next door to Aulani although we didn't get to walk over. We appreciated the dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was easy to get extra soap or anything else with a simple phone call. There was no daily maid service but we didn't miss it.
