Situated in Center Point, this charming bed and breakfast for $99 per night is a great option for your next trip. Quiet Hill Country setting situated near wineries, rivers and historic landmarks. This quiet, comfortable guest house is just across the yard from your hosts’ home on an 18 acre ranch. The guest house is a roomy 650 square feet, sleeps four, and is equipped with a kitchen and laundry. WIFI is available and most cell services have great coverage on the property. The interior has a large open living room, dining and kitchen area equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and Firestick streaming device. The large bedroom has a queen size bed, a trundle day bed, and a walk in closet. The kitchen is equipped for four guests, has a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Outside the front door is a large, south facing, covered deck for year round comfort. This peaceful deck is great for viewing wildlife or great for rest and relaxation. The bathroom is a 3/4 bath with a shower and has a full size washer and dryer. The stated rate is for 2 people. An additional guests fee of $25, per person per night, is charged is excess of 2 guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is warm and inviting. There are goats on property right next to cabin and the owners provide a bucket of corn for you if you want to feed them. You can literally stand on your porch and they come right up to the railing. We were there in October and there were baby goats too. All of them were such fun to watch. It is a short drive into dowtown Kerrville where are numerous restaurants and things to do. But the cabin has a full kitchen and is so cute we just hung out there as much as we could. Katie was very quick to respond to questions and give additional directions to help you find the place. We definitely would go again. Nice quiet get away was just what we needed.

Exactly what we needed!! A peaceful, clean, beautiful, quiet getaway! We really enjoyed our stay at Katie & Jeff’s guesthouse. The cabin was so clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Big and spacious but cozy and comfortable. Beautiful views from the covered front porch and the fire pit area. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening and peaceful mornings. Enjoyed feeding the goats on the property and Cooper & Lulu we’re so adorable to visit with. Jeff & Katie we’re very hospitable and accommodating. Such a sweet couple. When asked, provided us some great places to visit. Didn’t realize Kerrville had so much to offer. Enjoyed a late lunch at Billie Gene’s. Service, food and view of the river from our table was amazing! Enjoyed beautiful walks by the river at the Louis Hays Park. We are definitely coming back!!

Incredible in every area ! I can’t say enough for their hospitality. Quiet! Large and looks brand new with everything you could anticipate needing. Katie even graced me with holding a new born goat. Loved it. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this lovely home for a stay.

The cabin was delightful and in a truly beautiful location. The house was truly a cabin in the hills with knotty pine walls and ceilings. The goats were an added delight and the hosts were more than welcoming!

I am a Veteran VRBO renter and this one one of the most comfortable homes I’ve stayed in . The hosts were so thoughtful - it’s well appointed and has so many extras : a covered porch , a fire pit , an abundance of wildlife , acres to view or walk on . They have a small herd of goats to greet you . Take in sunrise or sunset or catch a clear Texas sky and star gaze . It’s located in a great spot between Bandera & Kerrville and just a short distance from Fredericksburg . Just lovely !

This place was the perfect place to get away from the busy city. A cozy cottage type close enough to different activities like hiking trails, wineries and even a prayer garden. We were lucky enough to visit during a time that new baby goats were born and the sweet owners let us pet and feed the goats. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook (cookware type items). Beautiful scenery and a cozy porch/deck to sit and enjoy quiet time. We would definitely visit again.

Jeff and Katy have created a beautiful and relaxing environment where you can get away and unwind. The cabin was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time sitting on the patio and feeding the goats and watching the hummingbirds. This location makes enjoying the many areas of the Hill Country accessible by a short drive. Katy and Jeff were very gracious in meeting our every need.

In our 2 weeks of west Texas travel, this was our favorite rental. It's large, well eqipped, and comfie. I wish we could go back when things green up and leaf out! Close enough to many restaurants (incl Gravity Check Saloon 3 min away) and to small towns & parks. And the baby goats were just so sweet! Excellent communication with host who lives onsite but is not obtrusive in tbe least. Would return.

We absolutely loved the cabin...it's just unfortunate that we could have arrived on time due to the weather and enjoyed more time there....but we will be back!
