Furnished 2 bedroom with cooks kitchen, quartz counter tops, large outdoor natural gas grill, upgraded appliances including laundry, heated bathroom floor, good private deeded parking, next to Long Point Park, all level ground, high efficiency radiant heat, tight spray foam insulation, large covered deck, well maintained quiet area at end of a no outlet street, available short or long term now to end of May 2018, and for weekly stays summer of 2018. One of the most important things to me when renting on VRBO outside of location is cleanliness....this rental was among the cleanest we have stayed in. The lake was beautiful....we wish we had more time to explore by kayak but the weather was not great our first couple of days. Still enjoyed it!Great location in the FLX region if you want to check out Letchworth and it's not super far from some of the other lakes if you want to do a day trip. We went to Keuka for a day to visit the Windmill Market and a couple wineries.Great little find on our way back from Letchworth (in Perry I believe)was a Drive in Movie theater with a fun center next door that housed a restaurant, pizza shop, ice cream parlor, mini golf, and arcade! We stopped for ice cream, stayed for mini golf and then took home some broasted chicken and sides for our dinner later!Host was responsive. We would go back!

The kitchen was top notch. The back porch was perfect for looking at the peaceful picturesque lake. We went kayaking in conesus lake which was tranquil yet fun. The area was so quiet. Very relaxing. It had everything you needed and nothing you didnt. The restaurants around lake very short drive and very good. Very clean place to stay.
