Welcome to this charming cottage on Conesus Lake, where you can kick back and embrace the true New York State of Mind! This peaceful getaway features 2 cozy bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top). You’ll have everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen (please note we do not have a dishwasher) and a bathroom with a stand-up shower .
Step out onto the deck, soak in the vibes, and enjoy 72 feet of private lakefront. Take a dip off the dock into the sandy-bottom waters (dock is in from mid-May to mid-October). It’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge in a serene environment.

Maria is an amazing host to a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the view of the lake was breathtaking. Maria left clear instructions, clean linens, fresh fruit, and granola bars and chocolates. We rented this property for my son's graduation. The property is less than 20 mins from the school. It was a perfect and relaxing place to get away and celebrate a beautiful event. I highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for celebrating my son's graduation. Perfect distance from the school!

My husband and I just rented this lovely cottage for Thanksgiving. It was clean, beautifully decorated and welcoming. The view was spectacular. Thank you Maria, you were a very responsive host. We hope to come back in the summer

The lake house was perfect for my husband and I and our dog Max. The home was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fire pit was perfect to sit at while we watched the sunsets. We would definitely recommend the home. Maria was an excellent host!
