An amazing other-worldly experience in Wadi musa

Really traditional, and looked after from start to finish. Desert jeep trip arranged to see the main sites, great dinner and breakfast with a big group for dinner. Was also take out to a dune to lay and watch the stars before bedtime.

There’s nothing bad about it at all.

A very short but amazing one especially at night.

The staff was so friendly especially Ali the owner and they are so welcoming. Food was included and it was very delicious. Absolutely the best value you can get.

Great for value!

We had two great meals (dinner and breakfast) for free. Dinner was a traditionally cooked chicken, prepared by cooking it under the sand (Zaghab), which tasted absolutely amazing. The hosts were very hospitable and I would seriously consider staying again for my next visit.

Pillows didn't have covers on them.

Exceptional

This was my first time in Wadi Rum and thus first time staying in one of the Bedouin camps. I didn't know what to expect but it turned out to be an amazing experience. The first part of the experience is parking on the outskirts of the park and making contact with the shuttle driver who will speed you over the sand and into the camp. We then were shown a great place to climb up and gaze upon the expanse of red sand and rock as the sun set. In the evening, we were hearty, classic meal with a presentation of the traditional Bedouin method of grilling food under the sand. At night, a self guided star gazing stroll was a perfect way to end the night. The tents were incredibly comfortable. The tent I stayed in had a great view where I could watch the last of the trucks driving around on the sand. The owner and staff of the camp were also great. Very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would fully recommend the Atlantis Rum Camp to anyone looking for a special time in Wadi Rum.

Overall very happy with our stay

We came really late, but Ali had set aside two big portions of dinner for us in case we were hungry, and we had tea by the fire before we went to bed. Ali was easygoing and so where his brothers who also run the place. Was a little excited for the shared bathroom, but it was in good shape and clean. No hot water, though, but I guess it’s part of the charm of being in the desert:) The room was also clean and with soft bedsheets. Breakfast was simple, but good. We felt that the hosts where relaxed and at the same time wanted to help with all we might need for our stay - overall very happy with our stay!

Also some vegetables for breakfast would be nice.

Alì was super helpful and friendly. The place is amazing, a great experience especially with kids. Also the tour the staff organised was fantastic, for a fair price. Thanks Ali , hope to see you soon again!

most Welcome

Ali is an excellent host, he and his family made our stay in Wadi Rum very special. The camp crew was very welcoming and well organised, and they really made sure that our 5 year old child is having fun. The camp was clean, dinner was healty and tasty. I definitely recommend it! Special thanks to Diff for the exploration in the desert and the carpet dune surfing !

Incredible & exceeded my expectations

After travelling for the last 2 months through Egypt & Jordan I have to say honestly this was the best experience I have had throughout. From the moment we checked in Ali & the team were incredible. The hospitality was world class, The tour was amazing, The food was amazing & The location was stunning. Looking online it was tough to choose with so many options but I knew within the first day I made the right choice. I never once felt like a customer I always felt as a VIP guest of the Atlantis Rum Family. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt it was my duty as they treated me like family and made my experience far far far better than I had ever expected. I honestly would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Exceptional experience & value

The unique experience of staying in the desert, in the comfort of a spacious tent with all the amenities, beds, linens, blankets, towels. There were even the gas heaters ready in the tent in case it gets really cold! There were clean toilets and showers with hot water, both complimentary breakfast and dinner were excellent - actually, the dinner was a real feast, slow cooked the traditional Bedouin way in the ground. The staff was always there to cater to our needs and wishes, be it the wonderful 4-hour 4WD tour through the desert or the evening musical and dancing show and finally the traditional camp fire under the stars. Exceptional value and genuine Jordanian hospitality. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Nothing comes to my mind, everything was as good as I hoped for, or better.

Highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff, clean tents and beds, gas heater for winter,

The staff was super friend, They organized traditional local dance after dinner, to warm guests up for evening entertainment. They have a nice set up for fire and start watching, making the place exceptional compared to other camps in Wadi Rum with the same budget range.

BEST CAMP FOR A DESSERT EXPERIENCE

The dessert experience was amazing thanks to Ali. Food was amazing and plentiful, the attention pf the personal, cleanliness and a very comfortable atmosphere.

Exceptional

Ali is amazing! Even we arrived after dinner he saved meals for all of us! Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. The tour was customised just for us and our time there. Feel free to ask him anything you want and he will do everything in his power to make it just like you imagine.

The location is amazing. Very friendly personal. Best local food. Good tours in desert by jeep. Will come back again.
