Idéal pour une nuitée dans le désert de Wadi Rum. Dépaysement garanti et apaisant

Tout est très bien pensé. Cadre exceptionnel et très confortable ! Personnel professionnel, réactif et très sympathique. Logement en duplex pour 4 personnes très agréable et bien équipé (climatisation réversible), eau chaude et nécessaire de toilette à disposition dont peignoirs, bouilloire, sachets de thé, café, sucre, frigo, terrasse privée. Tallal à la réception était top, souriant et très avenant. Il a partagé un moment en soirée avec nous et nous a demandé de rester davantage lors de notre départ. Expérience enrichissante avec une météo très clémente fin novembre 2023. Excursion proposée dans le désert mémorable également en 4x4 avec Chèker notre guide (repas inclu en plein désert). Cet établissement possède son propre parking. Nous avions loué un véhicule durant notre séjour en Jordanie. Une personne nous attendait à proximité afin de le suivre (à l'arrivée et au départ) à travers le désert sur un parcours bien pensé. N'hésitez surtout pas ! Cet établissement existe depuis 2019

Repas au Dîner servi à table sans dessert mais c'est un détail. Wifi ou 4G moyens mais en plein désert c'est tout à fait normal

We expected more comfort and better breakfast and dinner

- Location is great as everywhere in Wadi Rum desert I believe)) - Easy to get by car and park in front of the hotel - Staff at reception was generally helpful, but they used to forget certain things couple of times. - We took a 4 hours Jeep tour and camel ride and we’ve been quite happy with our experience. Especially Jeep tour! - We’ve got a front Martian dome, which had a nice view. Not all domes have similar view though… - Despite domes are quite shabby and ascetic, having a hot water and electricity in desert is amazing! - Shisha was great.

- The Martian domes look old and shabby in reality. Both from the outside and inside. Inside they are quite ascetic. Another problem is that during the day it is very hot and stuffy inside the domes. - We were expecting more from the breakfast and dinner, but instead it was self-serviced buffet and no drinks (even water) were included into the dinner price, which was a bit of a shock for us. - We tried to book a balloon flight upfront, but the hotel told us to book on arrival. However on arrival they told me that we should have better booked upfront and the price is already up, which was quite frustrating. - We felt a lack of bedouins hospitality and atmosphere. Everything was for extra charge. There were no organised activities onsite. At least we didn’t spot any.

Nice Desert Lodge

We liked scenery, sunset, sunrise, private tent, good bed, dinner and breakfast of high quality. They helped us to book jeep and camel tours. Jeep tour was exceptional. People at the lodge are very kind and helpful. Air conditioners are very helpful.

The best place to stay at Wadi Rum!

Loved this stay! Thank you for everything! Food was excellent! Location was amazing! I am so glad i had chose n this hotel! It made our 1 day stay just perfect! Rooms were super comfortable and very nice and helpful stuff.

The location was excellent, stunning views and the rooms are very clean, with AC and comfortable ! Very impressed with the kindness of the entire staff.

Apart from the various desert activities proposed during the day, there were not many things to do. I would recommend bringing games or cards.

Perfect stay in beautifully styled lodge.

This place was awesome. The room was a striking design against the backdrop of the rocks and the view from it was breathtaking. It was fun driving into the camp and everything was incredibly comfortable. The beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom was perfect. We loved the tours we had and left feeling that we had a special few days in the desert.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the desert.

Amazing location, the staff was very polite and helpful. Its a great place to unwind and relax. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. The rooms were perfectly cleaned.

This had nothing to do with the property but with the fact that its located in the desert, there were a lot of bugs and mosquitoes. The hotel provides an electric repellent inside the room but you might want to bring your own spray if you want to sit and enjoy the view outdoors. Also, the there is no cell signal or wifi in the rooms. The wifi would only work in the reception area or anywhere near it.

Wonderful stay! Great bedouin tent and dinner was excellent.

Would recommend another company for guided tours as our was not well organized and the tour guide was 17 years old and was not familiar with the sites.

Majestic desert of towering beauty.

Having such kind room in desert is something very special which we enjoy it a lot! Staff was incredibility friendly and chef was very hospitable. If you have chance get Room #9 view from there is amazing.

The lodge is perfectly located in the middle of Wadi Rum, has great facilities, rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a great experience to live, staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is tasty and well served.

If Wadi Rum is a must see for you, I suggest you stay elsewhere. There are so many options!

It looks like it was once nice - the martian domes are cool, great view, comfortable beds. It’s great that you can avoid the visitor center and drive directly to the camp, turning off the main road a few minutes before getting to the center.

However, the day-to-day is seriously lacking. Staff (aside from the Manager/Receptionist) go out of the way to avoid guests, actively ignoring them, doing the bare minimum to get by. Wifi is from one tiny, sad little router on the reception desk and can be accessed within 2 meters of there. Wifi in the Bedouin tent is “for staff only”. The food is awful - dinner (mediocre) is better than breakfast (inedible), but that assessment is relative. I get that it’s a remote desert camp, but it’s also a tourism hub and their prices reflect that. If you’re charging 150JD, you can’t get by with serving 3JD worth of food on half board. There are so many mosquitos everywhere, so pack spray. They only communicate with you the day before arrival, so if you are a planner and want to know where to arrive, park, book tours, etc., this is infuriating. Tours are reserved on site, in cash, so you have better hope you are there in time (e.g. sunset drive leaves at 17:00).

Staff were helpful, location amazing. Everything clean, dinner was lovely. Favourite place I’ve stayed in Jordan can’t recommend enough

No fault of the owners obviously but do be careful of mosquitos would recommend insect repellent and other preventive measures if staying outdoors for any period at night

Amazing

The place is simply amazing. Staff is really nice and always willing to help you. Nothing is missing here (especially considering you are in the middle of the desert, electricity is coming from generators and water from tanks). This is the place to stay if you visit Wadi Rum.

The view is unbelievable. It's magical. Dinner with lots of options and really tasty. We booked a wadi rum tour with them, and the driver was so friendly and he made our journey special. Unforgettable experience.

The martian and location was breathtaking, the place looked even better then in the photos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also did a 4 hour Jeep ride which was so much fun and extremely value for money.

That we only stayed one night, we had the best time and didn't want to leave.

Beautiful location with wonderful view of the desert sunrise and sunset. Conveniently located to easily access with normal car. Balloon tent gave a wonderful view of the night sky.

The Lodge is just stunning. very nice views and the staff is very good and helpful. The rooms are warm. We were vegetarians so they made special food for us which was delicious. Highly Highly recommend this place.

The Location in the desert, the amazing martian bubbles, Air conditioning (heating) in rooms, the view from the rooms, very kind and friendly stuff ... all in all an unbeliavble experience worth every dinar!!! Since this was low season (not many guests) the food choice was probably limited but this did not in any way affect our stay at Zeina. Many complain about lack of wi-fi in rooms, but c`mon, this is desert. However, the wi-fi is available at the reception which is very nice big room with many comfortable sofas.
