Had a great time! The place was easy to find, plus parking was simple and very close. We were even allowed to check in a few hours early. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Our stay was quiet, and the other quests were very friendly. Perfect for the OSHEAGA festival as it is only a simple 10 minute walk to the Pie9 metro station.

The room was cozy, clean and quiet. The location and its proximity to Maisonneuve Market, cafes, restaurants and transit was ideal.
Two points:
1. The stairway leading to the rooms could use some makeover or maybe deep cleaning? They have collected dust and tobacco smoke for many decades I’d say.
2. There was miscommunication on Booking about online check-in. I had received conformation that my check-in was complete but when I got to the hotel, I found out I haven’t received the code to the lockbox. After many phone calls and messages, and almost an hour of waiting, I finally received it but it was a bit of a hassle.

The bed was great, The area was nice with a lot of shops. Bus service was good.
No A/C and to many stairs to reach the rooms.

Staff was super friendly, kitchen and rooms were super clean.
Sound, the hotel is on the second floor, and in the first floor there is a night club/bar or karaoke. It is super loud and music won't stop until 2-3 am in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.
