About this house rental
The guest house is nestled in the quaint town of Gatesville. Our little neighborhood is safe and quiet with the best neighbors in the world! Our guest house accommodates 4 guests comfortably with two bedrooms, each having queen beds. The kitchenette is spacious and fully equipped with dinnerware, glassware, silverware and necessary appliances. A large deck in the back of the house for enjoying your morning coffee!
Your comfort and enjoyment at the guest house is our top priority. We will not intrude on your stay, but we are close by and available if you need anything. We have 24 hour check-in and are on-call for the rest of your stay.

This little rental was very nice. It was clean and all the rooms were nicely furnished. The kitchen is a bit small but enough room to make breakfast and something for lunch.Don’t plan a big dinner but who wants to cook on holiday?For some reason looking at the pictures I imagined the house being more rural. The house sits on a fairly busy road in a neighborhood. There was no problem with that as it was a nice neighborhood and not far from Bennet creek which my husband and I paddled. It was very close to Merchants Mill Pond which my husband and I use to go to 20 years ago. We paddled that and it is still beautiful. A small family would find it comfortable but not much in the way of games or puzzles.We would certainly go back to this rental as the hostess is very nice and easily reachable if you have a question or problem.

My friend John and I were looking for a place to stay when we discovered the campground at Merchants Millpond was closed. We were very pleased with the accommodations and our interactions with Denise. Very clean and well decorated, with generous amenities right down to homemade banana bread. We may well voluntarily pass on camping on future trips to stay here again!

The property is well maintained. I go to the area at least once a year and I think I have found my new gp to accommodations. Very clean and receptive. The property also had free amenities that helped to enhance the stay.

Nice little cottage w/huge MB & bath. Nice size 2nd BR. Beautiful woodwork w/original hardwood floors & nice size deck to enjoy when the weather is good.
