Situated in the Roaring Fork Valley only 15 minutes from downtown Aspen, 10 minutes from Aspen/Pitkin County Airport and 12 minutes from Buttermilk Mountain & Highlands Ski area our home boasts comfortable sleeping for 6 and can accommodate up to 7. Our family room offers a comfortable respite from a full day on the mountain skiing, hiking or on the river fly-fishing. Kick your feet up and throw a blanket over you on our cozy sectional couch that comfortably seats 8. After the stunning sunset right out of the western facing triple panned sliders, turn on the gas fireplace with the flip of a switch. Enjoy the adjustable 65" 4K flatscreen Vizio TV for your viewing pleasure where you can watch your favorite Apple TV movies/shows or choose from a full menu of XFINITY cable channels (including HBO/ShowTime/and On Demand) OR simply play your favorite music though the Sonos surround-sound system with cocktail or glass of wine in hand. Between the sectional and the custom vintage leather chaise, the room comfortably accommodates 9 adults making it a perfect place to tell stories from the day or play one of the many games we have available to our guests. The gourmet kitchen, outfitted with all the tools a chef could need (and more!), has stainless steel appliances, including a French door styled refrigerator, oven and microwave, a 4-burner cook top looks over the raised bar area complete with 4 stools and a dining room table that seats 6 and can be extended to accommodate 8. All-in-all creating a wonderful place for entertaining while preparing and enjoying meals. *updated virtual/matterport walk-through of our home if you follow this think (as i mentioned its new so it might bouce back so we apolozie of that happens): When it's time to relax and rest up for tomorrow's adventure the master bedroom with king size bed and majestic views of Mt. Daly just outside the sliding glass doors will be much welcomed. Outside the sliding glass doors you'll find an oversized balcony with ground level access (1 of only 4 residences with back yard access). The en-suite master bath has double sink vanity, sit down makeup counter with bench and a recently renovated walk in shower with dual-heads, heated floors, and steam shower. One large walk-in closet , 2 dressers, floor length mirror, and 45 inch TV rounds out this master for the most discerning of guests. The second master suite also offers a master King-size bed (or two twins) with an en-suite bathroom with steam shower/tub, a dresser, large closet and flat panel TV. The third bedroom offers sweeping views from Snowmass Mountain, Mt. Daly and the lower valley. Sunlight abounds with two walls of windows. This room is flexible and has a brand new bunch bed with queen on bottom and twin XL on top that can be utilized as a great office/reading room or family room extension. This room also has a WIFI printer/scanner/fax machine ready for guest use. The third bathroom is adorned with granite counter tops, modern shower surround steam shower and heated floors. A private ski closet, mud room, stacked washer and dryer and comfortable boot bench in the foyer round out this mountain oasis. Roaring Fork Ridge will immediately feel like your home away from home as it has been for us. The beautifully renovated condo in Snowmass village was just perfect for our family and service dog! The unit was recently renovated and done to the highest standard! The kitchen was super well appointed and had everything one could possibly need for cooking! The bathrooms were all beautifully done too! We had a great time and hope to come back soon!

Five Stars! This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed in the unit in terms of amenities, kitchen items, towels, etc., and the location is fantastic. The unit is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Walking distance to the grocery store (but be prepared for a couple hills and walking at altitude) and to the village. We are a family of 4. Two adults and two teenagers and this unit was great for our family.

Beautiful Condo in a great location
We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was so comfortable, clean and peaceful. Great location - walkable to the village. I loved the back deck that walked out onto a back yard. The condo maintained a good, cool temperature even though it did not have air conditioning. We rent ever summer in Snowmass and this is the first time we were not hot. The condo has amazing warm light and just fit our family perfectly. Whitney was very responsive to texts and made our stay even more lovely. We can’t wait to rent this unit again next summer! I would highly recommend it.

Overall a nice place to stay for family of 6 adults. Property listing was accurate presentation of this condo. Nice to have some simple kitchen spices/coffee/pancake mix left behind. Communication with owners was prompt. A few things to know... this unit is 2 flights of stairs from your car for luggage and groceries. The upstairs neighbors have a treadmill over the second bedroom which was a 6AM problem. When turned off, the kitchen downdraft vent allows a lot of cold outside air into the kitchen. Ski slopes are close (about 800 foot walk) to where you can ski into the Assay lift. Miles of XC ski trails start just 100 feet from Condo. One correction to the listing, there is no ski locker for this unit but owners allow you to bring skis down stairs to your front door.

The location gets a "very good" grade. It's not as convenient as being right in the village/base area as many other condos are and it's a little bit of a traverse across a path to get to the closest lift and back. For us, the traverse was just long enough that we decided coming home to take a break was a non-starter. Also, it's about a 10 minute walk to the village area where most of the restaurants are, which we didn't mind because we got in our steps after eating! Finally, there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill served by a bus system that takes passengers all around the valley and to Aspen itself. It's pretty convenient as it's only about a 5 minute walk down the hill to the bus stop which we did in our ski boots, but be warned that walking back up the hill in ski boots and carrying skis after a day of skiing isn't the easiest!
So overall, if you are looking for a quieter place to stay with nice views and beautiful furnishings, this is the place for you as it's a great condo. If you want to be in the middle of the action, then you may want to stay closer to the Snowmass village or even stay in Aspen itself.

We were pleased with the interior of this unit, very lovely townhouse, most important it was clean, comfortable and kitchen had just about everything needed to make your vacay delightful. Location was an easy 3min drive to base parking garage, unfortunately the trail to walk to access Assay Hill wasn't open. Though it was noted of stairs, Only disadvantage was the multi sets of stairs to access and depart this lower TH unit, will suggest anyone of age or with medical issues - it can take a bit out of you unpacking & packing carrying items to and from your car. Not sure about winter access but could see paths that might be used if covered with snow. Would definitely stay here again. Comment: would recommend replacing the drip coffee maker. Took WAY to long to make a pot of very strong coffee. Replace the mattress in the master BR. Provide regular thin blankets for summer.

COVID-19 struck
Because Coronavirus struck the area, and the resort was closed the night before we were to leave, we didn’t actually stay at the condo. But, I would like to rate Whitney, because we were in contact with her several times leading up to the closure of the ski resort. I have to say that she was the most pleasant, amiable and understanding person we have ever rented from. We changed the number of persons in our party twice a week before our arrival and then told her we weren’t coming the day we were set to arrive. I know the situation was out of all our hands, but she handled it professionally and with grace. Thank you Whitney! We will look you up again when we decide to reschedule this trip.

recently renovated condo
It was the perfect size for my family of 4. We didn't use the 3rd bedroom, but it was really helpful as an office for my husband to make calls and do a little work. The kitchen was really well stocked with appliances and pots and pans - not every condo I've rented is. Nice, beautiful view of the Snowmass/Aspen mountains.

Wonderfully decadent
Loved our stay at this fantastic unit located right at Snowmass. The unit literally had everything we could possibly need in terms of kitchen and bathroom amenities. There were ample condiments for use and the amount/variety of spices for cooking exceeded what one could find in an average supermarket. This made cooking breakfast and dinner a breeze and lots of fun for our group of 4 adults and one teen. Nearly every appliance one can need (both drip coffee maker and a Keurig!) were available and plenty of dishware/glasses/mugs for our use.
Bedrooms were cozy and comfy. One guest utilized the den/"3rd bedroom" where a sleep sofa was available and found it reasonably comfortable as far as sleep-sofas go. A friend stopped by spur of the moment for a couple days to take advantage of phenomenal ski conditions due to 12inches fresh powder and found the living room couch was just fine for sleeping. We never investigated the twin pull out sofas supposedly available.
It did take some investigation to find the ski path to ski to Assay Chair lift (even though in retrospect it should not have been difficult for us) and while it was "ski in/ski out", the trail is fairly flat so lots of make shift cross-country skiing to get to the chair. The free shuttle worked out great when needing to get to the Westin Conference Center as there is little to no parking there. Just FYI, dealing with your recyclables means carrying them up the hill to Faraway Road to a building that is close to where the free shuttle bus arrives. This was not clear in the supplied paperwork.
Overall found the unit to very spacious for the number of people, especially the living room common area. The fireplace did not emit much heat but the individual room thermostats certainly heated up each room nicely. We used the community hot tub frequently after skiing and never found anyone else there. It was a short walk and doable even in flipflops despite fresh snow (once the walkway was shoveled).
Only negative was we arrived in the evening when it was quite dark and the number indicating the unit was not illuminated so it took some guessing to assume we had the right building as the units on either side (autonomous buildings & not connected) had their numbers well lit up. We realized in the light of day that the unit is numbered on the paneling, just no where near any lamp so impossible to see at night.
Great place to spend some time relaxing after a great day of skiing with friends/family!

Really nice place, but in no way does it sleep 8 people.
First two bedrooms are very nice. Third one is an office with a pullout couch...so painful. Beds 7 and 8 are rollaway twins and really only fit in the living room. Hmmm. The condo is very nicely appointed outside of that.
