Located in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $325 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful water view condo. This 4th floor bay front unit has two bedrooms & two bathrooms that are clean and beautifully furnished. Premier location next to the Ocean City Convention Center, Dough Roller, Seacrets and all the popular attractions. This unit has one of the top 3 water views in the building. The Makai building is one of the newer condominiums in OC. The unit includes central air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, its own entrance to the private balcony, full size dresser, two night tables and large walk in closet, master bath and LCD flat screen TV. The Second Bedroom has two twin beds, nice size closet and full size dresser with 32' LCD flat screen TV, and a second full bathroom right next door. The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a 42' LCD flat screen TV with DVD player and an electric fire place. The unit has wifi. Occupancy limited to 6 people. Non-smoking only. Parking permits for 2 vehicles. Private parking lot. No pets allowed. Year round rentals. Ocean City, MD is the number one resort on the East Coast. It has a family friendly environment with countless activities and events available. Rates are listed below plus 10.5% taxes. Cleaning fee of $100.00 required for 2 nights or less. Bring your own linens. Any day check in dates from September to May. 2 nights minimum off season / 4 nights minimum during Summer months. How about your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the Isle of Wight Bay. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and enjoy a drink overlooking the water. The building itself could use a few updates. The location is close to many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was cute and updated. The beds are a little hard. The master bedroom could use black out blinds. The light coming through after dark made it difficult to sleep. The trash had not been emptied in the 2nd bathroom. We also found various items left on the floor from previous guests (headband, ballons). Overall not terrible..

We loved the place! It is even nicer than the pictures can show. The window in the living room looks right out over the bay, as does the balcony making for beautiful views. The sunsets were incredible! Everything was spotless when we arrived. This is an incredible place to stay.

This is the first time we stayed at makai. It was a last minute decision and the property was phenomenal. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the sunset. The place is very family friendly, my whole family enjoyed it. I got the pleasure of speaking with the condo owner and they are great people, I would recommend this one to my closest family and friends.

This property was well maintained. It was the perfect size for two adults and a teenager. Nice view of the bay. The beds and sofa are not the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo, so it wasn’t a huge problem for us. We would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo with a great view of the bay! Very clean. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, the beach, and only 5 or 6 blocks to Seacrets. The Property manager, Mariam, was very helpful and responds quickly to any questions you have. Definitely recommend!

We were here for a dance convention and this condo was right next-door so very conveniently located. It was very clean, and had everything we were looking for. Just one thing to note from the picture-The picture shows Bayview which it has, but if you pan a little bit to the right the view is a very busy pool of the hotel next door. Therefore, it wasn’t as quiet as I had expected it to be. Overall, we would stay here again.

I have zero complaints with this property! So clean and well kept!… It was the ideal place for my family (if I didn’t have to leave, I’d still be there). It was surprisingly spacious and had such a gorgeous view from the balcony. The owners were so quick to respond when we needed them (hopefully we weren’t too big of an inconvenience). If we decide to go back to Ocean City for our next vacation, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for helping to make my family’s vacation a memorable one!

Family spent a week here and had a lovely time. Are only complaint was that the master bedroom had no way to block out the light and where woken up by 6:30am when the sun was rising. Other than that location was close to everything and the unit was large enough for our family of 5.

We did not like the thermostat being housed in a locked box where we could not adjust for my Wife's comfort. It was set at 72 degrees and was too cold for my Wife. We will not return due to this issue. The condo was a bit smaller than expected also.

All interactions with the host were easy, very quick responses and very friendly. The place itself was very clean. Overall our stay was perfect. Just be mindful that it is maybe a 5-7min walk to the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend!
