Located in Indian Beach, this attractive condo for $207 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Have a wonderful time at the beach staying in this beautiful two bedroom unit. NEW FLOORING AND LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. This condo has a queen bed, one double and one twin. This unit has many repeat customers; the price is right, the view fantastic, and the unit cozy. The bathrooms are fresh and modern, with walk in showers in both. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made. Unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Located in Building B. NO PETS ALLOWED. Summer Winds provides an amazing number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three large outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Our sports complex center also features racquetball, basketball, and lighted tennis courts to cater to the active competitors in your family. There is also an arcade with a snack bar. NO BOAT PARKING. Additionally, Summer Winds offers an ideal setting for groups and meetings with its conference facilities, lounge, and security staff. Nearby you'll enjoy local dining, golf courses, and shopping.

We were very happy with this vacation rental. The decor is very modern and everything was clean and organized. The view of the beach was amazing! Our boys (17 yrs old) loved the big TV and super fast wifi also. Definitely would recommend!

Had a great time overall. Great views of the beach and directly over the pool. Short walk to both. Kitchen could use more (and better) pots/pans/bowls. There are NO knives that cut anything besides butter. There is no space for storing your groceries as the few cabinets are full of junk. Property listed that it slept 6 and listed the couch as a sleeper sofa. There were even sheets provided for it, but there was no sleeper sofa. I emailed the property management day 1 and got a reply that simply said that the owner replaced the sleeper sofa with a new couch and no one had updated the website. Had to use an air mattress.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Winds 333. The unit met our exceeded our vacation needs with only a slight drawback with the queen in the master. Even so, I would rebook this unit again in the future if available. I love using Realty World First Coast Realty for my vacation needs.

Very clean upon arrival with an incredible view of the ocean and the pool. Lots of room for my three adult children, one with a friend, and myself to sleep and just hang out. Only a short walk to the trash compactor and other amenities on the property. The Summer Winds staff was friendly and did a great job! We’ll definitely be back!!

The unit was clean and is in a perfect location for viewing the pool and the ocean. I have 2 recommendations both bedrooms need room darkening shades or drapes. The light filters through making it difficult to sleep for people who like the dark. The kitchen needs bowls with lids for leftovers and an Air fryer would be nice. Loved the goody bag from realty company.

We loved this property overall, the grounds and pools were pristine, but the unit we stayed in needs some attention! The water leaked badly around one of the shower heads, the carpets are worn and need replaced, and 2 kitchen drawers were broken. The TV's in the bedrooms did not have cable access, and the AC was not strong enough to lower the temp in the unit below 72°. In the bedroom on the west side that was in contact with the afternoon sun, the temperature was sweltering, and we had to go purchase fans to be able to sleep. In all, it's a lovely place, beautiful view, and very efficient for what we needed. However, I would hope the owners or property managers will want to give a better experience to their visitors by investing a little money in updates and repairs.

Summer Winds is a well kept private resort on the beach with plenty of amenities. The location was perfect for having coffee in the morning and watching the water. The kitchen needs updates desperately due to several drawers falling apart but it was well stocked with everything you need to cook. I do feel bad for the owners who trust a cleaning company to clean for them between guests because the place was disgustingly dirty when we arrived. I had to clean the kitchen and the table due to both being sticky and full of debris. We found empty water bottles, left by another group, under the beds and behind living room furniture. These were minor issues to deal with so we would highly recommend friends to stay in this resort, and we look forward to returning in the future!

After finding layers of dust by the master boxsprings on the bed frame, I gave up. I did, however, change the furnace filter and clean the vent as best I could. The resort was really nice. The pool was clean, the fitness room was well taken care of, and the beach was great! Shelling is not great in this area, but we took a ferry to Bird Shoals and found a ton of Sand Dollars!

Exactly what we hoped for
This place was perfect for a getaway for our family of 5! The condo is situated SUPER close to the beach access and the pool, with a great view of both. Which is exactly what I wanted. The place was not crowded at all so we could practice social distancing easily. We were so close we didn’t have to pack everything up for the day to hang at the beach- we could easily go back to the condo for lunch and then return as desired. However, taking a foldable wagon to lug chairs, toys for the kids, and a small cooler was a great idea. The decor is a bit outdated but that is something I would totally expect for someone’s second home being rented. You’d never want to put nice stuff in there that other people could ruin. Everything was comfortable and it had everything that we needed- but we made sure to read the information carefully of what you should bring so we knew to bring things like hand soap, etc. Check-in and check-out were super easy. There are a couple things close by (Dollar general, a couple restaurants, etc,) but most restaurants, shopping, and grocery shopping was at least 10-15 minute drive away. It didn’t bother us because we didn’t go out too much but it’s something to keep in mind. The condo grounds and facilities were all very clean and well maintained. The only issue was the water/shower/rinse station on the stairs to the beach and inside the pool fence stopped working or was shut off after the first two days so we had to walk over to the pool area to use the hose they provided every time we needed to rinse the sand off. Mildly inconvenient because there was often a line up of people all trying to use the same hose. The weather was perfect the whole time! Overall this vacation was exactly what I was hoping for and we had a great time! I would definitely recommend!
