Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $204 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Located at 106A 120th st. Unit 304 Located on a canal with a HUGE balcony to enjoy coffee in the am or dinner in the evening on the water. Everything is with in 2 blocks walking distance. CVS, Food Lion, WAWA, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, Crabcake Factory, Green Turtle and a bunch more. Awesome fireworks view every sunday night from the balcony. Beautiful Sunsets and sunrise views as well. This place has everything you will ever need. You WONT be disappointed at all. Book in the winter time for a nice weekend away with a cozy fireplace. You can be on the huge balcony and see the bay and ocean or on the front balcony walkway and see the kids playing in the pool... A big Plus Bring your boat as we have a boat slip for you!!! MUST BE AT LEAST 25 You will need to bring your own linens and paper products. So sheets & towels. Paper towels & TP Ammenities include: Keyless Entry Stainless steel appliances : Frig, Stove, Dishwasher, mini frig, Kuerig machine dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, toaster, crockpot, blender Granite countertops 50" TV Washer & Dryer Sleeper Sofa (queen) Table for 6 Pool Boat Slip Sleeps 8*. Queen bed (2). Twin over full bunk beds (3) a spare twin mattress in same room for the floor. (1). And a pull out sofa bed (2).

What a wonderful location for a girls trip getaway! We enjoyed not having to drive to a beach and the pool was a win when the ocean was too rough. Close to plenty and far enough from the boardwalk that it was relaxing and calm. The deck out back was a highlight for watching boaters, feeding ducks & watching sunsets.
The condo was clean and, seemingly, well decorated. We think, the most decorated of all places we've stayed! I did find it odd that there wasn't information on the area/what's expected of us/welcome packet upon arrival. Plenty of sleeping areas (sleeps 6 comfortably, pull out couch would not be considered comfortable). The outdoor chairs made for good indoor seating at the dining table in a pinch. Great stocked cabinets for cooking. Ice maker in fridge was a plus.
The bathroom in the master bedroom can use a new wax ring. We were calling that toilet the roller coaster ride. We did feel like the lighting in the living room was a bit dark and could've used more seating as opposed to the beautiful décor. Also, the guest rooms could use less décor so you can place a suitcase on the tops of the dressers. It's pretty, but less functional.
These are all things that wouldn't deter me from booking/coming back, but could be an easy fix to push the condo from great to excellent!

Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Close to all amenities--tons of activities.
If you're lucky enough to be there for the Sunday night fireworks, you've got a front row seat on the balcony.

This was our first time staying on the north end (off of the board walk) for a few nights on our way in. The owners were very attentive and responsive. The unit was clean and offered a nice distance between the two bedrooms. The pool was warm and it was just a short walk to the ocean.

Beautiful and spacious! We loved that it had two tv’s since we had teenagers and it rained (being stuck inside, it helped with boredom ha!) It was convenient that it had dishes, and a full size refrigerator. We will definitely book again!

-nice area of Ocean City (esp if you want a more sleepy or quiet section of housing). Plenty to do and eat immediately close by.
-Good beach parking access nearby.

-Not enough seating in living area
-Not enough lighting
-Sliding doors didn't work well (master barely budged)
-Dining table listed as seating 6, but barely being able to handle 4.
-other minor annoyances like bathroom drain plug not working, and Master AC vent constantly rattling.

My brother and I took our mom on a little ocean city trip because she misses going with my late dad.
The condo was clean and quiet. It was wheelchair accessible and Randy was a wonderful gentleman to work with. I highly recommend!

NEED to have OVEN cleaned, it was very dirty. Sceen door to outside is difficult to open. Its rusty on the bottom, maybe some cleaning would help. Inside living room with nautical theme is cool. Sofa is low, maybe could use a harded covered one. Future renters should bring some cooking supplies, bathroom supplies and linens. ALL in ALL a good choice to rent and use. I would say the place is about 8 of 10, but given cost of beaches hotels in the area, its a very good place to be.

Everything was clean when we arrived and it was the perfect space for our family of five. 120 th Street is a nice family area and we felt safe staying with our kids ranging from 4 to 13. The beach as a quick walk from the condo. The pool was also very nice. Having a full size kitchen was great! The only thing that we missed and it was completely my fault for not double checking the listing was WiFi. We were able to check our emails and such from our phones so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Also recommend using the OC Bay Hopper for the sunset cruise on the Bay. It’s located a short walk in the Food Lion parking lot. Would definitely stay at this property again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Randy’s place! Everything was perfect, check in was easy, place was so cute and very clean. We had everything we needed. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our morning coffee. Short walk to the beach and everything was in close walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
