With its white, sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets, it is no surprise that Holden was voted one of America’s top 10 family beaches. Being oceanfront, you have stunning views from both front and back decks on both levels. It’s a short walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops and steps away from the sand with your own private board walk! Endless Summer is located right next door to her twin, "Isle Oasis" which offers the same amenities and features. PROPERTY DETAILS This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a large open living area and a convenient wet bar. This house is very spacious and the elevator goes to all floors. All Stellar Beach rentals include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grill. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. BEDROOM & BATHROOM CONFIGURATIONS First Floor- Room 1: Queen, Queen (Shares Jack & Jill bathroom with room 5) Room 2: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds Room 3: King (Full bathroom attached) Room 4: King (Full bathroom attached) Room 5: Full, Full (Shares Jack & Jill bathroom with room 1) The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen Second Floor- Room 6: Queen, Queen (Full bathroom attached) Room 7: King (Full bathroom attached) Room 8: Two sets of Twin Bunk Beds (Shares bathroom with room 6, access through hall way) IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pets are not permitted at this property. Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30. Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property. Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance! We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay. We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out. Free Wifi

What was there not to love. Location, location, location. Close to all you need. The elevator in the house was amazing! Sure made getting in and out a pleasure (no stairs). Would definitely rent again. Wonderful place and beautiful beach!!

From the moment we arrived we did not want to leave. It was the most amazing setting the house was beautiful and it accommodated all parties involved. The house made my daughter's wedding one of the most memorable events for my entire family. We will be using this company again for all of our future family functions. We are actually looking at Thanksgiving this year.

The house was great for our needs overall. It was right on the beach and easy to have our group of 8 adults and 7 kids. The only issues were the portal kept messing up (IT glitches) both before and during the trip. They told us six beach chairs came with the house, but there were only two. When we first got there, the pool was really dirty and we had to have them clean it. They were very responsive and easy to work with though. Great stay overall.

The place was gorgeous! My church ladies group take a trip once a year and we would definitely come back here. It was clean spacious, with awesome views of the beach. We had a few issues with the dryer which couldn’t really be fixed while were there but the maintenance people helped us figure out a way to use it. Overall great place to stay.

Enormous house right on the beach with nice beachy decor. The location was incredible- very convenient beachfront spot. We appreciated that the pool was partly in the shade during the day to escape the July sun and cool off. The house provided plenty of room for everyone in our large family group to spread out. There happened to be a turtle nest hatching just down the beach during our week and everyone loved going out to check with the turtle watch volunteers each night.

Our church had 19 ladies use this home for our ladies retreat. The elevator was a little testy but Allie responded very quickly and told us how to fix it. We would definitely use this home again. It was great to have private access to the beach and an outdoor shower when you return (with warm water). Location so great easy to find and easy access to grocery store, ice cream shop and more.

Great location and plenty of room. Beautiful oceanfront view. Would be helpful to have either a larger refrigerator or a second full sized one. Also a larger dishwasher to accommodate dishes for larger families. A few items were in need of repair (the handle to the freezer drawer would come loose when trying to open it and one of the toilet tissue holders was broken. However, the beds were very comfortable and the home nicely furnished.

We just got back from a great trip to this house. It had the perfect setup for multiple families. Short walk to the beach from the house. Lots of beds, clean house, game room etc. Location of house is also very convenient as it's right off the bridge. Lots of fun toys and accessories in the garage for our use.
