Situated in Lake Conroe, this attractive condo for $147 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is the only Lake Conroe location that has balconies that actually hang over the water! This is a one bedroom unit with a king bed in the bedroom, stocked kitchen, and living room. You can fish from the balcony and you have a 180 degree, never obstructed view. Fishing is also great around the marina and from the fishing pier. Jet-ski and boat rentals on-site. Every amenity is lake-front! Acres of land to roam.

This is the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this property. We live only a few miles away and this place is the perfect property for a staycation. The home was nice and met all our needs. We cooked our own meals, watched tv and enjoyed the beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

The view was great! Able to sit inside the cool air and enjoy the view of the lake! Then sit on the porch when it cooled off. Yes there were some bugs... But it's the lake and after spraying they calmed down.
Neighbors were fishing and catching fish..off the balcony. Ducks were happy to entertain also.

Our overall stay was good. We stayed in a different unit last year that was stocked well with all kinds of items. There was a lack of certain items on this unit such as trash bags there was only one.
. No can opener. No spices. Etc.

Beautiful venue, yet could use some upgrades. The unit is dated but the view made it worth the trip. The icemaker did not work, toilet paper holder was broken, lack of bathroom rug and needs a good cleaning and coat of paint. The area and grounds are lovely. Would go again when it is warmer to use the amenities. Despite the weather, completely enjoyed my stay.

This is my wife and I favorite getaways each year, but I must say that I will only rent if a condo is available . We like to visit your basketball ball court, the regular room doesn’t come with a basketball. Also condo have better appliances, with the gas stoves with the middle burners for cooking multiples dishes beds comforters are more to our liking in the condos, also the TVs in the rooms have the same remote and tv as the main living area. We can watch the same shows , Netflix, real Cable etc . Our stay this time , we could one watch things we didn’t want to watch in the rooms limited to nothing to watch while lounging in the room. The condos are overall better in so many ways.

Seven Coves
It’s a great property. View is good, ease of getting there good, proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and such good.
However in my opinion the property would benefit with upgrades to the kitchen. New pots and pans, better silverware, a cohesive arrangement of dish-ware and kitchen linens.
Overall we enjoyed ourselves, now to do something with the Texas heat and humidity.

Sweet treat!
Spring break w my grandson, great place, close to home ,comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, birdwatching, fishing, feeding the ducks. Can't wait to go back when it's warmer to enjoy their awesome pool. The Manger is great ,very responsive. I love this place.

Staycation
My husband and I wanted a nice weekend without the kids, but that was close to where we live. This property was perfect! It had the best of both worlds. He was able to fish from the balcony and I could lay out! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the cute ducks swim by. We also took advantage of the pool and swam for a little bit. The condo was everything we expected and more. I would definitely stay here again!

What a gem! The view of the lake is so nice!
My husband and I stayed Friday and Saturday and we loved it. The condo is clean and well stocked. All amenities provided. The floating balcony is so nice. Sitting outside on the balcony is peaceful and spacious. The view of the lake is outstanding. We did not want to leave and will definitely book again!

We took our 2 year old son and stayed a couple nights for our babymoon and were very pleased with the condo. My son loved feeding the ducks, fishing from the balcony (we only had hotdogs and a kiddy pole but still caught a catfish and 2 bluegills), swimming in the pool (closed Mondays), and playing at the park down the street. We really enjoyed the panoramic views of the lake from the condo and appreciate Janet's quick responses and accommodations. Yes, the place would benefit from a little updating, but overall a great vacation spot for the price!

This condo was just like described!
We enjoyed being able to fish right off the balcony. The only problem was the people that stayed above us had children that made lots of noise and ran up and down the stairs till 12pm . It sounded as though they were destroying the condo. Next time we will rent top floor.

Can't Beat the Location...
My wife and I stayed at this nice little condo as a close-to-home weekend getaway for our 16th Anniversary. The location is fantastic! You drive through a really nice little neighborhood to get to the complex, which is adjacent to an Event Center and a neat little bar on the water. Boarding for the paddlewheel dinner cruises and a jet ski rental place is attached to this complex as well, so if that's on your agenda a short walk will get you there. While I feel the condo could use a little upgrading and we had a bit of a struggle with the sliding glass door and the vertical blinds, the treasure of this place is the little half-circle patio that juts out over the water. How relaxing to sit out there with a drink, watching the sunset, the boats and wave runners racing by and the ducks swimming and quacking right below your feet. Overall a great weekend and 5-stars for the communication and information provided by Janet.

As first time visitors, we were very pleased with our stay. Everything was perfect except for the couch in the living room that needs to be replaced as soon as possible. When we sat down on the couch, you just sank down, way down. My husband was not happy about that at all, but needless to say, we still tried to make the best of our whole experience. Thank you.
