It is a two minute walk to the beach and the bayside bike and walking trails. You are surrounded by spectacular mansions and homes in this famous Brighton street. This extremely private property is located minutes from Brighton's best beaches. It is a short walk to the iconic Brighton Bathing Boxes, Brighton Pier and plenty of fabulous cafes. Wind your way along the bayside walking and bike trail and enjoy the beautiful vistas! Hire a bike and ride from Port Melbourne to Mordialloc and stop at the yacht clubs along the way to enjoy the views and fresh sea air. The home itself is located on vast grounds and is down a long tree lined driveway. It is completely private and secluded and once the front gate is closed you are in your own secure oasis. The garden is lush and can be enjoyed from every room in the house. The large outdoor deck is sun drenched all day and works seamlessly with the living room for indoor outdoor living. This is the ultimate living with lush gardens, privacy and beautiful spaces. The four burner barbecue makes outdoor entertaining a pleasure. Get the family and friends together and spend hours relaxing and enjoying the gardens and large outdoor spaces. The gardens are glorious for kids! A long driveway to play in, gardens to run around and plenty of options for hide and seek. Sunlight streams through every window in the house and the brand new furniture and appliances make sure you have everything you need to relax and enjoy the space. This is the perfect house to unwind in and has plenty of space for all the family. Downstairs you have a large living and dining area, powder room, kitchen with a second adjoining living area and fully equipped laundry. Booked the property for new years with friends, two toddlers and our dog. Property was an easy walk to Brighton beach where we were able to watch the fireworks going off in the city. Instructions were clear the property was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for a month whilst our property was being renovated. Lovely, quiet, leafy house close to the beach and in one of Brighton’s nicest areas. Clean, good facilities and easy communication with owners when necessary. Highly recommend.

The property is ideally located in Brighton; within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. It was also spacious, well-maintained and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Brighton.

We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s lovely house in Brighton. The location was great, the house was comfortable and spacious and the property was nicely decorated and maintained. We stayed ahead of my wedding and found the property to be excellent for this purpose with enough room for getting ready the morning of and our photos were beautiful with lots of natural light in the garden/ patio area and living rooms. It was a hot weekend when we stayed so the aircon in just 2/3 bedrooms was the only downside. There was however a fan in that room which helped. I would recommend staying here.

Our family had an amazing stay here. The house was everything we could ask for. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Living rooms spacious. Outdoor area was perfect. And the beach only minutes away. What more could you ask for. The host was lovely and very responsive . Would book this house again in a heart beat.

Lovely location - a few issues resolved
Great location and very pet friendly. Upstairs really comfortable with lovely beds and linen. Downstairs a bit shabby but often the way with pet allowed properties. A few niggly issues like missing iron, only one key initially, missing light bulbs sorted, tv not working and intermittent wifi (the latter not a property issue).
Walk to dog beach then Ellwood Bathers for a cocktail delightful!

This house is in a terrific location and is very spacious. It was very clean with clean new linen and comfortable beds. Peter was very good to deal with and very responsive. It could do with a bit of maintenance here and there, but overall and excellent place.

We stayed here instead of another property managed by Peter when that property became unavailable. Peter was easy to communicate with and solved some small issues quickly.

Fantastic house in an outstanding location
Lovely, practical house for a family plus one or two extras with a dog or two. Less than 5 mins walk to beach, yacht club and Bay Trail. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen including coffee machine and pods. Two separate lounges for kids and grown ups, plenty of room for bikes, trailers etc. Absolutely loved our stay.

Excellent private house in a Beautiful suburb. Great shops and cafes within easy walk or short drive. Dog beach and local dog park very close. Nice to stay in Melbourne and experience the area around Brighton. Still easy to get to the city by train.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house last week. Amazing location, great amenities and very warm and helpful hosts make this property perfect in every way. Even our little pup loved her stay and we are already planning our next trip there!

How lovely!
Well what a lovely break we had with our Labradors...a 3 minute walk directly to the best 24/7 dog beach we've ever seen. Just we 2 and 3 dogs with a hugely liveable 3 bed with ensuite and main bathroom upstairs....kitchen, laundry and a tele area downstairs at the rear then another generous loo/powderoom and huge lounge/formal dining area at the front. We basically kept to the side deck and the rear of the home which was more than enough for us. The hosts Pete and Kristina are there for any probs but are otherwise invisible. Ýour own private driveway with gates is a very welcome thing indeed! Yes we will be back and back again!

Amazing property and great location
We stayed at this lush hideaway and had an amazing time. It’s very spacious, clean and functional! We had two little ones and Peter ensured we were more than comfortable offering a high chair and cot which was a great help! Would happily stay here again and highly recommend

Amazing location- beautiful property- gorgeous
We have loved our 7 weeks at this amazing hideaway, mid winter. The location is superb, the house is filled with lots of natural light, large yet compact (well designed), perfect for a family of 5 plus dog, felt like we were at home! In what could be described as the best location in Melbourne/ Victoria/ Australia, we felt very privileged to be here. Our hosts were warm, accommodating and super helpful- we loved every dealing with them! Want to live here permanently!!!

Fabulous stay! Loved it!
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. It's perfectly located right near the beach, we loved our long walks in the perfect autumn weather. Beds were super comfortable and all the amenities were great. The property is extremely private!

Great location but......
The location of this house in Brighton was terrific; two blocks from the beach, quiet street and close to Brighton shops but.....it was unfortunately not "Zen Tranquility" during our stay due to major construction next door as well as at the other home on the property. We found out about all of this just minutes prior to our arrival although it was evident the construction had been going on for some time. No reimbursement was offered. The house itself was lovely and clean with lots of bright space. The kitchen could use some work - updating the cupboards and appliances - as well as investing in some general kitchen stuff; more dishes, large coffee mugs, steak knives, tupperware, pots and pans, etc.

Very tranquil and lovely property
Lovely property in an amazing location. Perfect for our family for a few weeks. We had relocated back to Melbourne from overseas and needed a furnished house. this house ticked all the boxes. Incredibly quiet, private, secure and tranquil, yet steps away from the beautiful beaches of Brighton, and very easy to get to shops, cafes and public transport if required. The owner is very friendly and helpful as well.
