Great location, clean and comfortable

Very comfortable bed. The room was not ready when I wanted to check in - although I was there before normal check in time - so the manager upgraded me to the next level room. Each staff member I saw was polite, helpful and professional. Although there was no view, the room was a very good size and located right across from the Yach Club and the beach.

No dislikes.

The accomodation was close to our property in St Kilda while it was undergoing renovations, My partner and I were able to tag-team one of us in the office, one of us working from Quest while making trips back and forth to our house. It was convenient, cozy, comfortable enough for a week with our little cat during our renovations. The kitchenette to cook helped to ensure the stay was cost effective, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Specifically with skipping housekeeping (due to our senior cat) while ensuring we had everything we needed.

Ventilation could have been better, particularly 2 people and a cat (and a litter box) the room was perfectly fine, the little angled skylight was pleasant, but a balcony door, or a window we could open would have been really nice, especially since we were stuck inside for 5 days. It would have been nicer if the bed was a queen/king instead of a double (again, 2 adults and a cat.. We were 'cozy'.) And lastly because you have a kitchenette, cooking spray, salt, pepper, and kitchen roll would be nice inclusions (or extras) so we didn't have to buy our own. None of these are deal breakers, I'd rebook again in a heartbeat if we had a similar need. But these things would make it a more comfortable and pleasant experience.
