Situated in Kelowna, this charming condo for $193 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Step into this King suite that offers the best location in the complex and walks out to the plaza level where the pool is! You will love the bright sunny and spacious beachy feel. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with private ensuite and access to the deck where you can walk out to the patio that leads to the pool. The living room can sleep 2 more with a pullout Queen Sofa Bed (*See Notes below) You will love the location of this condo as you can explore Kelowna on foot, endless walking trails, biking trails and plenty to see and do! This condo has everything you need to settle in and just enjoy your vacation. Free wifi and there is a tv in the master bedroom as well as a wide screen 46" tv in the living room. Discovery Bay has it all! On this level you will find the pools, games room, sauna and gym. You will never be bored at Discovery Bay Resort. There is also a common barbecue by the pool on the same level. This could be used by guests. Location doesn't get much better than Sunset Drive! Walk to restaurants, pubs, theatre, casino, shops and more beaches and parks all within 15 minutes. At Discovery Bay you can park the car and enjoy downtown on foot. Tugboat Beach is at your doorstep, an easy stroll around the building, over the walkway from the lagoon. We have stocked the condo with 4 beach towels and 2 beach chairs as well as a few water toys to enjoy. PULL OUT SOFA BED (only available for 3 or more booked guests including children of all ages). If you are a group of 2 and require the pull out, please let us know so we can have linen available for you. A one time linen fee of $35 is charged for bookings of only 2 guests (only if using the pull out) Parking for 1 vehicle, please note height restrictions are 6 feet 8 inches. Paid street parking, free after 6pm, (at the time of writing) Free parking 2 blocks down. Discovery Bay Resort is 100% non smoking. Alcohol is not allowed at the pool or common areas. Adult only groups must all be over age 24 to rent this condo, with the exception of family groups. This condo is limited to groups of 3 Adults. Or groups of 4 with children and infants. Please ensure all guests are calculated on the booking form. Thank you. PLEASE NOTE: Some minor decor may be changing. new pictures will be updated early May. Only registered guests are allowed to use the pool. If the pool is essential to your stay please check with us prior to booking as we cannot guarantee the pools will be open and we will not offer any refunds should it be closed during your stay. Bus#83540 PLEASE NOTE: This is my principal home and I have pet allergies so please do not ask OR bring in any pets. Extensive cleaning will be required for me to return. One bedroom is locked off, please be respectful of off limit items.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is super close to the lake less than a half block. Great amenities in the building were awesome. Stephanie was a great host.

We stayed in this condo for a week in November and it worked perfectly. The location was excellent, the condo is very clean and dealing with Stephanie was simple and fast. She was excellent and adaptable and we really appreciated that. The condo is well stocked for whatever you need. Thank you

Stephanie was amazing to deal with. Easy to contact and informative. Close to Okanagan Lake and downtown Kelowna. Beautiful place with lots of room and everything was provided for us. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for the week and enjoyed the amenities and location of this condo. Walked to all sorts of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown activities. Drove to a few different wineries and hikes. We didn't cook much in the condo, but it was well stocked for cooking. It was nice to be able to do laundry. The living room was comfy for the 4 of us to sit together and watch movies in the evening. The pools, workout room and game room are close to the unit. The garbage and recycling are not close. Would stay at this location again if we were visiting Kelowna.

This place is right where you want to be, close to downtown, Knox mountain and Kelowna's craft brewery district. Stephanie's communication was great among all the COVID restrictions slowly being lifted. Was too bad the indoor pool and clubhouse weren't open at the time but the outdoor one was. Nice place, fully stocked for any cooking you want to do. Ground level close to the pool which is great for kids (though pool is just too far for the baby monitor to reach, which would've been nice). The floor was not quite clean everywhere when we got there but I think that was just new cleaners, so very minor. Was great having underground parking too. Thanks!

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location. It looks just like the photos in the ad. Although Discovery Bay is right downtown, this apartment is located facing inward, toward the courtyard, so it is very quiet and private. There isn't really a view of anything from the apartment itself, but it is only a few steps to the main courtyard with the pool, the BBQ area and the view of the lake. The owner was very helpful and quickly answered all the questions I had before we got there and once we arrived. Thank you.
