About this house rental
Situated in Kissimmee, this attractive house for $146 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Disinfectant being used after each renter It's 4 Bedroom 2 Bath with Pool and Spa on the water. This home was just newly renovated from top to bottom with all stainless steel appliances, new smart tv's, in every room with FREE NETFLIX, newer king and queen mattresses, freshly painted rooms, brand new carpeting in each of the four bedrooms and new tile throughout. The pool was also refinished with beautiful turtle mosaics which add to the beauty of the home. The outside of the home was also just repainted and additional updates were done to make your stay memorable. Granite Counters in Kitchen and both bathrooms were done. The outside is well lit at night making you feel comfortable and safe coming home on those late nights from the parks. There are many games on hand for family fun nights and also some toys for your little ones to play with. Garage is a complete game room with Pool table, Foosball, checker tables and video game. Bedroom 1 (Master) - King size bed with new mattress, master bath with newly tiled shower, double sinks, makeup counter and a walk in wardrobe closet, that has a hotel style safe to lock up your valuables. it has a 32in Smart TV with a spectacular view of the pool and lake. Bedroom 2 - relaxing spa like feel with Queen bed, new Serta I-comfort mattress, 26in Smart TV and closet. Bedrooms 3 & 4 - Themed fun rooms that have twin beds, newer mattresses, closets and 26in Smart TVs. The house has a open concept with a great living room space with 60in Smart TV, electric fireplace (for any chilly winter nights) and a great view of the pool and lake through the large glass sliding doors leading to the screened in pool area and spa on the lake. The Dining room is spacious and has a larger table that seats 6 but with the extra chairs can fit 8 easily. There is also table with seating for four in the kitchen area and three seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could need should you cook and eat in. We have a popcorn maker, toaster and waffle maker to make breakfast fun before leaving for the park. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer with ironing board and iron that leads to the garage that is a fun game room with pool table and darts. High chair and stroller are in the garage as well for renter use The house has FREE High Speed Wi-Fi/internet. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee, it will be included in quoted price but can be removed for warmer months or if you just don't want it. Don't forget this villa is on a lovely lake in the quite development of Eagle Pointe. It's just 15 minutes to all Disney parks and miles from Universal and Sea World. There is also a small amusement park and shops just miles away for those days you don't want to spend an entire day at the big parks. We are 5 minutes from a Super Walmart, Perkins, and tons of other stores and restaurants, which makes this an ideal location to stay at. Keep in mind that staying on the lake has it perks. You have a beautiful view with no houses across from you and lots of wildlife to enjoy like the ducks who come right up to the property to greet you! The house was great and the kids got plenty of use out of the pool. The drive to Universal was at least half an hour to an hour and traffic was bad in both directions. Also be sure to bring all your basic household needs, like hand soap, dish soap/dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, spices, etc. Very few pods were provided. Overall it was a great experience and we'd love to stay again!

We had a great time. From the swimminng pool, to the game room our kids had a blast. There was a gator in the pond that we love to watch daily. The house was very clean, with plenty of towels, and blankets.
We had a few questions and William got right back to us with a answers.
Getting to the parks was a 30 to 40 minute drive depending on traffic.

Enjoyed our stay greatly. The house was very clean. Nice themed rooms for the kids and loved the Mickey Mouse touches around the house! The kids loved the game room and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Would come back again!

Home had every thing we needed and more. The Big thing for us was abilities to get to all the Disney Parks with ease. Traffic a little discouraging at times but we come from a rural area so not use to congestion. We spent very minimal time in the home, but it was nice to have a pool to unwind at night, especially for the children. Home was clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfortable, game room fine for young children. Pool table a little challenging for adults to have a good game with only one usable pool stick, one electronic game out of service and the foosball table had a player missing a foot. All is fine for those that do not plan to spend a lot of time in the home playing games. Other things for renters to consider is that you do need to bring dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues and laundry detergent (3 pods supplied, but needed those for last day to start 1-2 loads of bedding and towels that is asked of you on day of departure). There is some toilet paper and papers towels to get you through a day or two but should be prepared to make a grocery run soon after arrival. Overall it was still a great home for a decent price and worth staying at.

The home itself was very nice and only 20-30min from Disney and Universal depending on traffic. The pool was a great size and the spa was a very nice addition. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would suggest leaving earlier than the school buses to avoid traffic if you’re trying to get to the parks at opening. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. I met the housekeeper and although she was very nice, she missed a lot of things. We found an old pan of hamburgers in the oven, crumbs in some of the bedroom drawers, the mat in the hall bath had some brown stuff on it, the light switches were visibly dirty and we found some trash like candy and clothing tags under the bed. And although these were small things they made me and my family feel a little uncomfortable. But overall I would stay there again.

House was very welcoming! Each bedroom had it’s own theme, more than enough beds. The master bed memory foam mattress took a little getting used to. There are plenty of housewares to make simple meals. Bring your own detergent for extra laundry and extra toilet paper if you have kids. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Easy website, accurately advertised, and wonderful experience. Would have liked extra rolls of toilet paper, a lock on the lanai door that worked properly, and a working lock on the door from the lanai to the outside.

We really enjoyed staying at this house during our trip. The hot tub came in handy after we returned from the parks with sore feet. The house is located in a nice community that is close to all the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee. The owner checked in on us when the hurricane was headed our way. Definitely would stay here again when we come to the area.

Property was amazing. Pool awesome. Hot tub awesome. Loved the game room except for being extremely hot. We have rented a few homes and this one was the best yet. The only negatives, was no cleaning supplies(dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid)

We stayed at this house for 7 nights, the house was amazing… perfect for our Disney, Universal, SEAWORLD and Legoland trip.. kids enjoyed the pool… he had everything.
He was always responsive, the AC unit went out one night and he had someone there quickly and resolved the issue… I was very impressed
Thank you for making our family vacation that much better.. we will definitely be staying again!
