We are proud to welcome guests to our spacious four-bedroom Florida home in the peaceful residential community of Whispering Oaks.
Pool and spa heating are included in the rental price.
Our beautiful, fully air-conditioned, four-bedroom, two-bathroom, single-storey pool home is situated on an oversized plot overlooking open countryside, yet is just a short drive northwest of Kissimmee and within easy reach of Orlando’s world-famous attractions.
The location really does offer the best of both worlds. After a busy day at the theme parks, you can return to the peace and privacy of your own home, relax on the screened pool terrace and enjoy the tranquil countryside outlook.
Take a refreshing swim in the private heated pool, unwind in the heated spa, or simply relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The home is particularly suitable for families, with a spacious open-plan living area and a range of equipment for younger guests, including a high chair, two travel cots/playpens, a booster seat and a stroller.
A barbecue is available for rental at an additional cost.

3 night stay for girls weekend and we couldn’t have been happier to stay at this beautiful home. The pool, hot tub, quiet, & abundant wildlife made this a great experience. Looking forward to coming back next year. Communication from Terry and the check in/out process were superb!

This is a beautiful home.it was clean and decorated for my daughter graduation boy they did a wonderful job we just loved it and the process was smooth. I also loved the fact that the owner is very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book again.

When searching for a rental for our Florida family vacation, this home checked every box on our wish list — privacy, a convenient location near the theme parks, a pool and hot tub, single-level living, cleanliness, and great reviews. From the moment we booked, Terry provided excellent communication and responded quickly whenever we had questions or concerns before and during our stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing photos. The location made it easy to get to the theme parks, grocery stores, Walmart, and plenty of nearby restaurants, while the neighborhood itself was quiet and relaxing. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the daily wildlife visits in the backyard — cardinals, mourning doves, blue jays, squirrels, geckos, deer, rabbits, and even a green tree frog were a special treat!We would absolutely consider staying here again for another vacation in the area and would recommend this home to others looking for a relaxing and convenient Florida getaway.

Overall our stay was great. We had some minor hiccups with check in and with the pool. Both situations were remedied very quickly. Communication with the host was prompt and frequent. Communication with local contact was also prompt. We did run out of toliet paper on the last day, but this would not prevent us from staying here again!
