About this house rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive house for $773 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The best rental in North Ocean City, Maryland. You only need to bring your CLOTHES and FOOD! The convenience of a great hotel amenities(soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions) WITH A OCEANFRONT TOWNHOME! The beds are all made when you arrive and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. There are also 8 huge beach towels provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cooking oils, condiments, dishwasher pods, aluminum foil, wax paper, kitchen towels, oven mitts, Keurig Coffee Maker with Dunkin' Donuts pods for your morning cup of coffee. The washer and dryer are fully equipped with washing powders, softeners, etc. A large front deck overlooks the beach and ocean. You can enjoy the ocean view and beach without the sand. The deck has a round dining table with umbrella, dining chairs, cushioned lounge chairs and a gas grill. The deck has a second table with 4 chairs that is protected from the sun. The 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, sleeps 6 adults and 2 children. The oceanfront bedroom has a King size bed, the other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds and one has bunk beds. The second floor rear bedroom has a small private deck with cushioned lounge chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and not a typical rental unit. Downstairs is a storage area with boogie boards, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. All linens and towels included. Just bring yourself!! Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property is in great condition, and the location was outstanding. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and the interior looks like it was recently renovated. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (I am the family cook and everything that I needed was there). It was also great to have so many beach accessories available. There were even glow sticks with the beach gear and our kids joined other neighborhood kids in lighting up the beach with their glow sticks one night during out bonfire on the beach. Highly recommend this property and we would love to stay here again.

We love staying in this area and right on the beach. It was great not to have to lug bedding supplies, towels, beach chairs, etc on our trip, as the unit supplies them. One of the best features is the central air - no musty room a/c units like in many other units in this area. I'd recommend!

Great updates this year! Lots of seating inside and outside. Beds are very comfortable. We love being able to walk right onto the beach from the spacious deck. The beach and house are great for families. A short walk to great restaurants as well.

Another great week at Linda's lovely waterfront VRBO!
Last year our family of four (husband, two mid-20s sons, and I) enjoyed a week at Linda's very comfortable and lovely waterfront home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to repeat the trip again this year and this time included our sons' girlfriends.
Our group of six was very comfortable in this very clean and wonderfully appointed/stocked townhome. It was great that every couple had their own bathroom too. Beds and common areas are very comfy (btw, we loved the new and larger sectional and new drapes/curtains).
The unit was very well stocked and supplied... pretty much anything you could think of and want ... from bathroom toiletries to a well stocked kitchen (complimentary k-cups, lots of appliances, a nice selection of pots and pans, baggies for beach sandwiches, aluminum foil, etc.), all sheets, bedding and towels (beach towels too), and laundry supplies if you need/want to do laundry, to a fully stocked beach closet with chairs, boogie boards, toys, and an umbrella. We tend to have a lot of umbrella users so I did bring a couple more of our own, but if you wanted more there is a vendor right there on the beach, as the listing points out. The provided umbrella is a very sturdy and durable one, fyi.
Our only regret was that the week had to end... in a perfect world, we would have booked a second week!

Amazing beachfront property, large deck with dune and ocean views, clean, well-stocked
My family and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at this property. The beachfront location is unbeatable, and there is immediate ground level access to the short sand path that passes through the dunes to the beach. The first floor deck is large with comfortable furniture and stunning views of the ocean. There is a ground level area under the house with a private outdoor shower and benches, which was perfect for cleaning our sand-coated toddlers. The house was immaculate on arrival and well stocked with towels, linens, coffee, and beach supplies. I wouldn’t change a single thing.

Best beach property ever.
This is our 3 rd time staying at Linda’s beach home. We always have a great time here. The fact that I don’t have to bring sheets, towels ,t.p.,beach towels or chairs just make the trip so much better. The kitchen has everything you need, and nice restaurants near buy.Thanks Linda for another great vacation.

There are also several bikes. The kitchen is very well equipped. Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19, we ate all our meals at the house and I had everything I needed in the way of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. It was wonderful sitting out on the deck enjoying the ocean view while we ate. There are two tables outside; one with an umbrella, and one in the shade of the overhang which was nice if/when someone felt they wanted to be out of the sun. You can’t beat proximity to the beach here - it is literally steps away. We went to the beach each morning, set up our things, stayed until lunchtime, left everything set up and went back to the house for lunch, then returned to the beach for the afternoon. We could watch our things from the deck while eating and didn’t have to take everything down and set it back up again which was wonderful. The beach is very clean and safe; with one of the lifeguard stands almost directly in front of the house, It is a family friendly beach and was busy but never felt overly crowded. Everyone we saw appeared to be respectful of social distancing. Thank you Linda for sharing your wonderful home with our family. It was the perfect antidote for COVID-19 craziness!

Well-stocked townhouse
This property, although older, is well kept. The online description said that linens, towels, beach chairs and towels, and children's beach toys were provided. We were happy to find that they were all of good quality. Also, it was a treat having paper products and cleaning materials provided. Kitchen was well supplied (although non-stick skillet should be replaced). We had 6 adults and 2 tiny kids, so it was a little tight. Televisions are in each bedroom; living room TV didn't seem to have live TV, only Samsung+ (we managed though!). Overall it's a very nice place!

A WONDERFULLY RELAXING RETREAT!
Linda was very attentive and a great host. Her oceanfront location was wonderful and her 3 BR, 3 BA place was lovely. It was nicely appointed and well-stocked with lots of helpful touches such as complete bed linens, both bath and beach towels, and beach chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, bike locks, air pump, and sand toys, plus a nice outside private shower. A well-stocked kitchen too with host-supplied Keurig coffee pods to start one’s day. And it was immaculate, which is always high on my list. Beds were very comfortable too. We only had one brief issue with a noisy neighbor, but Linda got the problem rectified quickly and completely. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Linda’s home was best outfitted rental ever. We enjoyed the bikes, chairs and dinners on the deck overlooking the ocean. A much needed getaway after quarantining for so long. Property is a gem - we will be back!’

Fabulous escape
This was our 2nd year staying at Linda's beautiful beach house. As with last year, the house was wonderful in every way. Linda goes out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. It was so nice to be oceanfront in the quiet north end of Ocean City and we highly recommend her beach house. Thank you Linda.

Nicely appointed place for the price!
We have previously vacationed in OBX, so we are used to large, updated houses. This condo was larger than expected, with plenty of room for our group. It was very clean and you can't beat the fact that it was ocean front - we spent as much time as possible eating out on the well maintained deck. We had a group of 4 adults and 1 small child and we felt like we had enough space. I think the space would have been a little tight with 6 adults, but we also had a lot of bad weather, so we were indoors a lot. If you are mostly outside, it would probably be fine. One side note for families with small children - the stairs are not kid friendly. We ran out and bought some cheap baby gates to keep the baby off the steps. But that completely solved the problem.
The access to the beach was great, you just walk down the deck step and onto the sand.
There is a HUGE outdoor shower that was very clean. You can literally fit your whole family in there if you have small children you need to contain while everyone is rinsing off. The best part about the place, however, was that Linda stocks the house with everything you need. We are used to hauling all of our towels, linens, spices, cleaning supplies, beach stuff, toilet tissue, etc to beach houses which is a real pain. This is the first place we have ever stayed where Linda has the place set up for you! She even provided a variety of coffee for the Keurig. It was amazing, we felt so special!
The only reason for the 4 stars is that the AC was not working on the main floor when we arrived. Linda did have someone out to service the unit, but it could not be fixed by the time our week was up. We ended up blasting the AC on the second floor to make the first floor bearable, which was OK, but we would have preferred working AC, of course. Had the AC not malfunctioned, I would definitely have rated this a 5 star place.
Linda did tell me she is replacing that AC unit, so I imagine that any future renters will not have this problem. We highly recommend this place. Even with the bad weather, we had a lovely stay. Thanks!!

Terrific Oceanfront Rental!
We recently enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful oceanfront townhouse. We have rented numerous beach houses over the years, but this unit surpassed all of our expectations! You could not want for anything. It is by far the best stocked beach house we have rented. Everything was wonderful quality. The beds were comfortable, all of the beach items were perfect, the kitchen was well stocked. The owner Linda met us upon arrival and answered any questions and got us acquainted with the unit. The rental from start to finish was flawless. Linda is a gem to deal with and seems to care about her renters being satisfied. I felt like I was staying in a friends beach house verses a rental. We have stayed in this general area for years so we know the location was perfect. This was the first time we stayed oceanfront and it was spectacular! I loved the sunrises that my grandson woke me up for every morning! I wish I had the option to give more stars, this place was a 10! Thanks for everything Linda. Hope to see you next year.
