Shared Community Pool also available. The Gulf-side balcony overlooks the beach with a sweeping view of the Gulf. This view reaches the ship channel at the east end of Port Aransas which carries traffic into and from Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi Bay. This balcony stretches the length of the condo with ample furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the view. This spacious second-floor penthouse was remodeled as a primary residence. The master bedroom, dining room all have large sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. We loved the porch view and beach access. The kitchen had everything our family needed to cook together (quality cookware, dishware, counterspace, appliances). The second puzzle/game table was enjoyed, as were the comfortable bedrooms.

The white doors are filthy Both bathtubs had hair in them. The hall bathroom toilet stops up. There was paper pieces under living room chairs Being said overall I thought the place was roomy and great coastal vibes

The condo is as presented on VRBO and we loved the layout and the location for our group. Our parking tags were in the box. We arrived after 5 PM. The access lock is frustrating and to remember 8 digits was a challenge. We are well over 6' tall and to bend down to have direct eye sight to see the numbers was difficult and the keypad does not indicate if you have selected a number, then once it does it takes forever to unlock. We prefer the punch button better, which is what we have on our properties. The frustration really came when we had to ask for trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher soap. There was literally none in the unit and I was challenged about looking to make sure. I specifically asked ahead of time to see what we needed to bring. Unfortunately this is our 2nd experience with a property management company in the same complex that is not doing what I'm sure the owner is paying and expecting them to do. The baths have the nice dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner, but ours were either broken or empty. One one vanity light in the master bath worked. There is no fire extinguisher as indicated on the "rule" sheet. There was even an empty soda can next to a bed and we don't drink sodas. One in our group was convinced the sheets were not changed. I do have pictures in case anyone would like to contact me directly.

We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the host/owners was top-notch, and they were very attentive to our needs. The unit is very well stocked- there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t there for us. The layout was perfect, especially with little ones. I highly recommend this to anyone! We will definitely stay here again.

Even though our visit was short we so enjoyed our time. The condo was beautiful and very welcoming and It was beautifully decorated. The balcony was enjoyable and had a nice view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again

This location was perfect! It was close to the water and just a short drive away from restaurants and shops! We had plenty of space and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Plus the balcony was a great place for my husband and I to enjoy the sound of the ocean while we relaxed.

The condo had a great location - on the beach, close to town, and an easy drive to Corpus Christi. Everyone we ran into was very nice. We even learned to play pickle all.

We all loved this property! Clean, fully stocked in kitchen & niceties, spacious rooms & plenty of seating, great view, easy access to the beach!! Wished we would have brought our pickleball paddles - easy access to pickleball & tennis courts, big park, etc. Great place & will look to stay again!

Highly recommend this condo at Port Aransas. It has plenty of room for 6 adults, or a large family. The location is excellent, and views from the balcony are wonderful - you feel secluded since all you can see is the dunes and water. You'll enjoy this condo for your beach getaway! And communication with the owner was excellent!

No complaints about the property, which was fine in all respects. But fall weather can be be fractious. Cancel 13 days out, you still pay half; less than seven, you pay all. A motel generally forgives all 24 hours or less. To be fair, this is standard policy for most properties on the island. In the three days we were there, because of weather, we made it to the beach- flooded, rain falling, 40 some degree temps, 15 mph north wind, once. For less than an hour. Port A, and rental properties, alas, offer very few alternatives to the beach when the weather goes south. I understand the reservation reasoning in high season when the weather is more desirable and much more predictable, but not for off season. Best bet unless policy changes, be flexible, book late when weather is predictable.
