Refurbished with comfort, cleanliness and all amenities, Silver Sands feels like Florida from an era before ugly cookie-cutter high rises took over FL’s coasts. A small bramble-like forest leads you to the sea. Updated cottage-like accommodations with personal touches & old world charm give a lovely & safe experience. I’m a repeat visitor. You will be too.

Classic older property that is probably the best equipped rental we have had in years. No beach view but quick and easy private access. Quick trip for family bereavement but love to come back and stay longer. Excellent.

Had a great time back after 3 yrs away. The property was overgrown a bit and some shrubs in front of the property could be cut back but other than that the place is always a great place to stay and very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at Silver Sands even though the weather did not cooperate for most of our stay. Silver Sands is a small complex just a natural beach path from the ocean. The condo was clean and had what we needed.

I loved the 1 bedroom place although the grounds looked nothing like the pictures. To be fair the sea grapes had frozen and were brown, but the white rock areas did not look the same and it was a dirt entry road. The gardens were not kept nice with pine straw or mulch. The inside of the little cottage was picture accurate and enjoyable. The BIG PLUS was being just a 5 minute walk to the beach although the path was dirt also. Once at the beach...paradise! I would definitely stay there again and the property manager was very nice and accomodating! It could be a little cheaper since the grounds were not that nicely kept.
