This is a charming and clean little apartment close to everything! Our hosts John & Deb were very responsive to our needs. The only thing I would recommend is to update to a larger, smart TV so your guests can stream in their favorite channels. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc. We enjoyed exploring around Vermont. It’s such a beautiful state! Thanks William & Sarah

Comfortable, cozy and well-appointed 1 BR apartment in a lovely neighborhood by the lake and Pine Street. The place was a perfect jumping off point for a wonderful visit with our son. Only a mile or so from the UVM campus. A stone’s throw from beaches, a lakeside park and bike trail. We had a pleasant walk Saturday morning to the not to be missed farmer’s market on Pine St. Thumbs up across the board!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location for us, we walked the trail to town and lovely park on the lake nearby. House is very nicely done and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bath was very well furnished with nice extras. The sofa was a little too low and soft for us, but nice kitchen chairs. Would stay here again.

Had a very pleasant stay at this property. Perfect size for two people. It is within walking distance to a couple different restaurants and breweries. Also is only a quick walk to the lake. Very clean and comfortable. Property owner was great to work with as well.

We had an excellent long weekend in this lovely south end neighborhood. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but feels worlds away. Deb and John were excellent hosts and the apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. The proximity to the Pine Street area, as well as, the beach and bike path made it a hit for everyone. We hope to return soon.

The house was perfectly decorated and stocked. Our weekend getaway was literally dampened by cold rainy weather, which made the location feel further away from the downtown area than originally planned (half hour walk, which would have perfect after an afternoon of breweries and restaurants but not as nice in the cold rain). I realize we could have taken an Uber but we needed the walk. If the listing mentions estimated walking times to various POI, then I may have missed it. We would have brought better shoes for walking. But none of this has anything to do with the host or the property, which was perfect.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time in Burlington. This residence made the experience so much more fun and easy. The property was very clean, quiet, and close to literally everything we wanted to do and got to do. The owners were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!!! Very clean, well appointed, quite neighborhood, good location, very friendly owners. Not a spacious rental but it has a very homey feel to it, best suited for 1 or 2 adults. Owners live next door in this renovated quaint older duplex.

This a prefect getaway house for our Burlington adventure. The house was cozy and met all our needs. Deb and John were so very welcoming and helpful when we told them of our car rental travails. They allowed us to check in early so we could make our car exchange. We loved the location of the house which was only two blocks from the Burlington bike path. We look forward to visiting again.

I came to Burlington for a weekend trip, and Deb and her husband were warm and welcoming. This is on a quaint residential area of South Burlington and is walking distance to a small quiet beach, bike path, earth clock, and a 5 min drive / 10 min bike ride to the hub of downtown. Kitchen and bath were well stocked, and everything was very clean. It was a treat to hang out on the lovely porch which looks out onto a local park. They even allowed me to borrow their bike lock as I forgot to bring one, which was very kind. I would suggest that the front living room / Kitchen lighting could be improved with stronger overhead lighting, though this didn’t affect our experience. For a quick trip to Burlington this is such a happy and welcoming spot, I highly recommend.

This property and the hosts made moving our one and only into her college dorm a perfect experience. Comfortable and homey with lots of thoughtful personal touches like extra shopping bags, beach chairs, and nearby cycling routes. We enjoyed reminiscing watching young families in the park from the wide front porch. Easy bike or walk to downtown.

Property Owners are wonderful human beings. (The hard to find kind!) We felt right at home. Comfortable accommodations (again, like being home). Front Porch was incredible. We were on it 80% of our time there. We attended a family wedding while there and Deb & John were so gracious. I were so accepting of the crowds we had there before the wedding as well as afterwards. Cannot thank Deb and John enough for their kindness before our arrival, during our stay, and even after we had gone. So grateful for these kind of people in the world. We highly recommend staying at this property! Well appointed with everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet. We spent the last night on the porch watching the activity in the park across the street. An adult soccer and youth soccer game at the same time. Such a vibrant and inviting area. A close walk to the Burlington bike path with a scenic walk by Lake Champlain.

This was our first trip to Vermont and we had a fantastic time! The property is in a great location with convenient access to the lake, Burlington bike/walking trail and a number breweries and restaurants. The home is charming, clean and nicely decorated with small details that make you feel so welcome. There are also guidebooks and maps provided if guests want to explore neighboring towns and attractions. The owners, Deb and John, and their sweet dog Rita, are super nice. We loved our visit and hope to return in the future!
