We love the Pinewood Condos because of their proximity to the bus stop and town. It really is a great location to do minimal driving. Leave the car parked, walk to the bus stop to ski, walk on the nice trail into town. These condos are older, but this particular unit has been updated nicely. Check-in was not the smoothest, but it was taken care of promptly by the property manager, which was appreciated. As others have stated, there is a mold smell in the downstairs bedroom/bath, but it didn't matter to us much since we only used the upstairs bedroom. Loved the gas fireplace, new appliances, and ample closet room! The neighbors are also super friendly, I fell in love with the little pup next door named Romeo. We booked this trip with our pup in mind, since it is dog friendly, and really appreciated the owners refunding the dog fee when we mentioned our pup passed away right before our trip. Overall, a good experience, highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and well outfitted. The bathrooms were both nicely remodeled, and the appliances in the kitchen were newer and worked well. We hope to return next year for our annual holiday outing. Thank you!

We had the best time here and absolutely loved the location. We were able to walk on the Wood River Trail right out the back door, biked to trails, or strolled into town. Bonus - there are pickleball courts nearby! We had everything we needed in the condo. The living room wasn't quite big enough for all of us to lounge at once, but the kitchen and dining table is right next to it so we didn't mind at all. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Ketchum, ID. It was very clean and cozy. It had all of the amenities we were looking for. It was conveniently located close to walking/cycling paths for our use. We could easily walk into town. It was close to the Elkhorn golf course and Sun Valley Village. We were extremely happy with everything and would come back to stay again in the future.

We didn’t realize how great this location was until we walked around the area. It is right next to the bike path and a very short walk to all of the downtown amenities. The place could use A/C. The upstairs was very warm and needed the fan (that was there) to make it bearable. Everything else was fine.

It was nice to have two master suites. The common areas were adequate. Several things were a bit worn (like the dining table) and the back patio hadn't been cleaned for awhile. I think it is to be used for bike storage only. Be sure to take your own coffee and filters. Overall, it was just fine.

Location is perfect. Bike trail that leads to town and to Bald Mountain is right behind the property. Made for some fun adventures and memories. Jackie was my contact for the property and she was so accommodating and patient. I would definitely recommend this property.

Nicely kept property. 30 second walk to the free bus to sun valley. 7 minute bus ride to the resort. 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Loved staying here

This property is in a complex of tightly build multiple townhouses just past the end of Main Street. Great location if you have a pet as it abuts a trail that goes for miles. It has been partially remodeled and it has all the basics you need. Flooring in the main area is pretty worn and has limited space for any place to put gear or wet stuff as you walk right into the living room onto wood flooring. Can’t call it luxurious but comfortable and has value for the money in Sun Valley.

Location was even closer to River run lodge than I had imagined. Plenty of restaurants downtown all within a five minute drive or a longer walk. Accommodations were clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Would love to come back in this summer.

We spent 3 weeks in this spot and we loved it. Was perfect for our needs. Simple, clean, well equipped, dog friendly and great location. Perfect for 4 adults and would, I'm sure, work great with a family of four+ as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a summer or winter spot in Ketchum.

Stayed at this location for a week in January. Place was perfect for what we needed - a personal area to relax after a long day on the mountain. It’s walking distance from downtown and a less than a block away from the bus stop to warm springs!

It was decent. The price was decent and located close to town. We were traveling for work and parking was not right next to the condo so prepare to carry your belongings to the unit. Parking pass was missing when we arrived, lots of notifications that we would be billed for a missing parking pass. No communication from manager regarding the pass so I followed up when leaving town to make sure we wouldn't be billed for the pass that was never on premises. One person in our party has a mold allergy, the downstairs bathroom had a strong smell of mildew. I would give it a rating of 'decent'.
