About this house rental

Located in North Beach Haven, this charming house for $375 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. SUMMER 2024 AVAILABILITY! - May 31st to June 7th: Entire house available - PRIME WEEK - July 19th - 26th: 2nd floor available, 3BR’s sleeps 8. - Labor Day Week SPECIAL! MONDAY, 9/2 to FRIDAY, 9/6. 4 Nights: $600 for one floor, $1000 for entire house. - September 20th-23rd: 2nd floor available - September 27th to October 4th: Entire house available PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR EACH UNIT, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 8. Both floors have the identical floor plan. Entire home is 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 16. Rent one or both floors. BEACH BADGES ARE INCLUDED! Beach chairs and umbrellas as well! PLEASE: NO GROUPS SUCH AS PROMS, GRADUATIONS, or GROUPS OF NON-FAMILY MEMBERS. And sorry, no pets allowed. Also GREAT for WEDDINGS in the spring and fall. Rent for the weekend, a few days, or the entire week. We offer great off-season rates and are very flexible with dates. This home has a total of 6 bedrooms and sleeps 16. It's great for big families or two families that want to be together, yet have their own living space. Discounts are offered when renting both floors. Of course, each floor can be rented separately, sleeping 8. We totally stripped this house down to the studs in order to create a wonderful vacation getaway for families looking to enjoy LBI unit equipped with 3 br's, 1 bath, pro kitchen, central a/c, w/d, flat screen cable in every room, huge deck, great outdoor shower, private fenced yard, outdoor eating/entertaining area, beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, brand new beds and furniture! No expense was spared to make this the perfect LBI home for families!!!! The rentals will be from Friday to Friday in order to avoid the mass confusion of Saturday check in -check out that occurs on the island along with the traffic! This way you'll be able to enjoy a full weekend on LBI!

My husband and I along with our two daughters were very comfortable staying for the week. It's very clean, newly decorated and close to the beach! Everything in the kitchen is new and it's fully stocked. The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating. We look forward to staying there next year!

Everything about this house was of the best quality. Beds, bathroom, kitchen and communication with the owners were all fantastic. We loved the backyard where all of us could gather comfortably, and the beach was a quick walk from the house. Plenty of parking, a great layout for my mom who has mobility issues, and we loved having the keurig as well as a standard coffee pot. The full size washer and dryer came in very handy. Since we were attending a wedding on the island, we could have used more space for hanging up our clothes, but for a typical beach vacation it shouldn't be a problem. Having the Acme market and Skipper Dipper ice cream so close was very convenient. We all went home with great memories of our time here.

We were fortunate to be the first official renters of this beautifully remodeled home. The location is great and no details were spared in the house. The outside shower is wonderful, the kitchen well equipped with beautiful top of the line appliances, the beds were super comfy. This is not a large house, but we were comfortable with five adults. The deck is lovely and the outside seating area was a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The ONLY negative is that there is only one bathroom, but we made it work and it was just fine. We hope to be back next year!
