Nestled in Wildwood, this charming condo for $457 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our beautiful vacation home has recently been updated with new paint throughout, new granite counter tops, new appliances, new living room furniture, new hard wood floors as well as tile throughout the entire unit. This beautifully decorated and well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is your vacation home away from home! It is located just 1/2 block from the beach and 3 short blocks from the southern end of the world-famous Wildwood boardwalk. Welcome to Avanti by the Sea! 410 E. Lavender Road, Wildwood Crest, NJ. This spacious condo is on the eastern side of the building. The unit overlooks the pool and there are beautiful ocean views from the front deck. The master bedroom features a KING size bedroom set, a full private bath with shower, and a 27' flat screen TV with Comcast digital cable. There is an extra large walk-in closet to store your vacation wardrobe! Bedroom #2 is bright and sunny! It has a Queen bed and flat screen TV with Comcast cable. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and a flat screen TV with Comcast cable. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway area near the bedrooms, as well as a private laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. The living room has a super comfortable sectional sofa with a Queen size sleeper to sleep two more guests. This is a family oriented complex. We do not under any circumstances rent to non-family units under the age of 25. There are plenty of pillows, blankets, and comforters. (Bring your own sheets, towels, and paper products.) The kitchen/dining area is very well equipped for all of your cooking needs and includes all of the amenities that you expect in a vacation home - dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, can opener, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, glassware, and dishes. Your private deck with comfortable wicker furniture overlooks the ocean and it is perfectly situated to enjoy beautiful beach and ocean views. While seated, you have a direct ocean view from this 2nd floor end unit! You also have access to a private locked storage room in the parking garage with some miscellaneous beach gear. There is plenty of room for your own things too. Professional cleaning is always included. This condo is the perfect place for your family's summer vacation. The private balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee, or a cool drink in the afternoon, while enjoying the amazing views of the beach, ocean, and pool from this 2nd level unit. There are nice views of the surrounding neighborhood and the neon lights at night time are pretty spectacular too! Wait until you see Friday night fireworks - right from your own deck.

This condo was everything we needed for our group. It was in a great location and the layout was perfect for both our early risers and late sleepers.

Comfort of home
From beginning to end, our stay was great! The listing is spot on as far as appearance/updates. It was very nice and had a homie feeling. The pool was on the small side, but that didn't matter much. There was also not many people using it while we stayed either. The building itself was taken care of and I had seen someone cleaning the public areas/elevator more than once during our week there. The location was great and the beach was not congested at all. There are some walkable restaurants, liquor stores, etc nearby. Otherwise, very short drives to the Acme and other desired restaurants/stores. We had zero issues and never had to reach out to Karen. We would stay again in the future!

I agree with other reviewers in that the WiFi does not reach the master bedroom. I do have two complaints. The king and queen mattresses need replacement. The king is hard yet unsupportive at the same time and also tilts in to the middle; the queen was not much better. And one of the main reasons we chose this building was for the pool. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken for our entire stay. We knew the ocean would be cold as it was early in the season. But the pool was too cold as well and we never got in it. I don't know that I would have spent that much on this reservation if I knew we would not be able to enjoy the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location for our family. Close to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and playgrounds. Even had an ice cream shop on the corner. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We will be staying again.

We just got back from our stay in Wildwood Crest. The location of this condo is great. Literally a 3 to 5 minute walk from the beach and (for those not familiar with Wildwood, the beach is very big. It may take another 5 minutes to reach the water!)
There are several restaurants within walking distance and the south end of the boardwalk is really close. There is also basketball courts and a small playground nearby.
The unit itself is exactly as advertised. The master is at the opposite end of the unit from the main living space which was nice as we had teenagers with us and they stay up way later than we do! The place was very clean and we felt safe from a Covid perspective. The kichen was well stocked and we cooked out on the grill one night.
The deck is on the small side, only big enough for 4-5 people. We had 7 of us there and otherwise had plenty of space in the rest of the unit.
The only negative was that the wifi didn't work well in the master bedroom. Not a big issue but it is worth noting.
For me, the best partwas the property manager Karen. She communicated everything very thoroughly and responded quickly. We did need to have the wifi router rebooted as the internet was very slow and she was able to get that done rather quickly. After that we had no issues with wifi except in the master as mentioned above.
We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice unit near the beach
We rented this for an extended weekend getaway in June. The unit itself was recently renovated and very nice (better than the pictures). It was only a short walk to the beach, and the beach is absolutely massive. We were able to walk some restaurants and the Boardwalk which was nice. I'd rent it again.

Short but sweet
We really enjoyed our mini vacation in Wildwood Crest. The property was really nice and in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and beginning of the boardwalk. Also near a lot of good restaurants. The kitchen was a good size as well as the family room. The owner, Andrea, was nice and very accommodating. Just as an FYI, the queen size bed is on the soft side if you prefer a firmer bed. The king size bed was more firm.

First Time at Wildwood
The condo was perfectly located. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk a few blocks away. Onsite pool a little small but conveinent for a quick dip when you get back from the beach. Balcony was a nice place to sit and enjoy coffee or cocktails. Close to tons of places to eat. Karen was easily accesibke via phone and responded quickly. The condo is nicely furnished. The only drawback is the beds were just not comfortable- which i know is common in rentals- but these were really not good at all. Overall a great vacation.

We stayed here in 2016 before the renovations. It was nice, this time (2019) after the renovations quite a difference. Everything is convenient. Will absolutely consider in the future.

Lovely condo!
We were pleasantly surprised with this unit. It actually looks better in person and most kitchen appliances are new. It was very clean. My family had a great time. Beach and water parks were close that we ended walking most of the time. Karen was very courteous and attentive. After having a terrible experience with a different rental last year, she has restored my faith in VRBO. Thank you! Will definitely be returning next year.

Great place at the Jersey Shore
The condo was newly renovated and in excellent condition. Everything was as advertised. It's an easy walk to where the beach begins, but, for the uninitiated to Wildwood and Wildwood Crest, it's about 1/4 a mile from where the beach begins to the water's edge.

Needs a lot of TLC
Although our family had a wonderful week at the beach, we were very disappointed in this unit and would not return here. We have stayed at 2 different properties over the last 7 yrs. Both were beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. All appliances worked and everything that was supposed to be there was. From the 1" thick layer of black scum in the master shower stall to the dishwasher that didn't work, the dryer that took 3 cycles to dry, the king sheets that were not there (there were a bunch of mismatched sheets in master closet, some of which were stained). In the end we did find 1 king fitted in beige and a king flat in blue with no matching pillow cases. Just a lack of care & concern on the part of the owners (I would guess) to keep the unit in good condition. The manager, Karen, was very accommodating. She came over the first day and cleaned the shower herself. She also went out and bought a set of king sheets. However, she shouldn't have had to do any of that. The walls and woodwork looked like they hadn't been painted in a very long time. The sofa cushions were so worn there was no cushioning left in them. The balcony door did not shut properly or lock so you heard the wind whooshing when the storms came in. As I stated, despite all of the above, we had a great time as a family together with our adult children and their partners which we look forward to every year. We would have cooked in a bit more but once we discovered we would be washing dishes, we only did it a few times. I am a bit fussy but as stated above we have found some wonderful places in the past so I do know they exist.

Loved the beach,restaurants and boardwalks but the condo needs some attention. Moldy shower, painting is needed,closet door was locked in master bedroom so no place to hang clothes, balcony door needs fixing, garage door difficult to open,etc. Not as nice as some places we’ve stayed in

The property was well located and very nice
As titled above the property was very well located---a short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean and not crowded at all (probably because it was the second week of September). The beach area was very large and would accommodate many people. The storage in the garage had beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items in a handy cart. It also had 2 bicycles which we did not have time to use. That was really helpful since we flew in from Texas.
The condo was just as pictured and described and very nice and up-to-date. The access to property worked very well and code was sent just before time of rental agreement. Covered parking was also great as was the elevator. The kitchen was a perfect size with enough equipment for our family's size of 7 We would all rent the same place again and all had a great time!! Don't forget to bring towels and sheets!
