About this house rental
Located in Woorim, this attractive house for $82 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. - Cute and comfortable beach cottage - The beach is located at the end of the street - Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard (additional cost to bring a dog) - Three bedrooms, two bathrooms / sleeps 9 - Outdoor area with BBQ and seating - Air conditioned living area - Short walk to the centre of town and patrolled beach area A delightful three bedroom/ two bathroom home, with the beach only metres away. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has a flat screen TV and DVD player and comfy couches. The kitchen has all that one could need with a stove top and a large sized portable oven. There is also a four seater dining room table off the kitchen which has a large air conditioning unit that cools the entire living area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe, futon and private seating area. The second bedroom has a queen bed with the third bedroom containing a queen bed and a single bed. There is an internal bathroom with separate toilet. The second bathroom is separated from the house in the laundry but it's only a couple of steps out the back door. You are most welcome to bring your dog along with you as there is a great big fully fenced yard for it as well as for the kids to play in. You are only a very short walk away from all the cafes, clubs and shops in Woorim including the patrolled surf beach. Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels. * Please note bookings made prior to July 1st, 2023, have a different linen set up and you will need to refer to your booking confirmation for linen information. Accommodates 9 Guests: 3 x Queen Bed, 1 x Single Bed, 1 x Double Futon A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies when bring a pet PLEASE NOTE: ALL BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY SUBJECT TO BRIBIE ISLAND REAL ESTATE TERMS and CONDITIONS. The property people were very helpful and accomodating. They were very friendly. Location is perfect, short walk to the beach. Our dog loved it. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the house. We had to vacuum the house upon arrival. I understand that the house is old but a deep clean is much needed to freshen the inside of the house.

Not all of the ceiling fans worked, either, but the air con was very cold.

My hubby and I loved the closeness of the beach, the cafes, the shops. We walked around everywhere and it was friendly and beautiful. The hubby took 100s of pics. The people were friendly, just like the dogs, and there were lots too. (Our dog loved it)
The house was too big for one dog and two adults. We closed the extra rooms and had enough for lounging and DVDs.
We wanted a quiet, easy, friendly place. Woorim was perfect and we only left twice...but we raced right back.
In other words we had the perfect short holiday. Next time we will find more days to return and find more beauty and fun.
