The spacious lounge area hosts a large curved flat screen TV with several seating options including chaise lounges. To the rear of the dining room is a large kitchen with modern styling and appliances, including a large flat screen TV. To the right of the lounge the corridor leads to two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds and plenty of closet space. Between the two rooms you will find a beautiful bathroom complete with walk in shower. Another bathroom with shower is located near the entrance hall. Ascending some few stairs up inside the apartment, you're greeted by a hidden gem—an exclusive private rooftop terrace offering unparalleled views that steal your breath away. The penthouse apartment was as good if not better than the photos and write up. The apartment contained all facilities that you would need (and more) for a weeks’ holiday. Situated right on the beachfront, the large roof terrace is the star of the show with a wonderful view of the beach, surroundings and mountains - great for sunbathing during the day and also for relaxing in the cooler evenings. The team that supported us was friendly and accommodating which helped us to feel welcome and cared for. All in all, difficult to fault for our weeks’ stay. Very happy!

We enjoyed the peaceful space after a day of visiting the beautiful spots of Lanzarote. From the walk to Lolita's Bakery in the morning to the sunset drinks on the terrace in the evening. All perfectly arranged by Buena Villa and David. The beach in front and the short walk to the restaurants and cafés was perfect for us.

Great accommodation, great service, had to arrive 5 hours later at around 11 p.m. due to flight cancellation. Everything available what you need. lots of storage space, clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. 10 min to the bakery and restaurant. like to come back.

Nos encanto Ocean View. Todo es excelente cualidad y muy comodo. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondiccionado, pero habia ventiladores. La vista de las ventanas grande es increible - queremos volver por un estancia mas tiempo.

A beautiful apartment managed by a very good company. This is our third stay and always love it, a few maintenance issues that the company tried to resolve during our stay. These did not ruin our trips down I’m sure will be taken care of long term. Will definitely stay again.

Al llegar el encargado comprobó que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, que no se pudo arreglar durante nuestra estancia (se nos compensó con un 20% de descuento). También fallaron los enchufes de la zona del calentador de agua, por lo que estuvimos dos días (de seis) sin agua caliente. Esto sí se arregló. Algunas persianas y cortinas no funcionaban. Salvo estos detalles (algunos de importancia), la estancia fue buena y la atención recibida, también.

El piso es perfecto, tal y como se ve en las fotografías. Piezas holgadas, sobre todo el salón y la terraza con zona para tomar el sol, descansar y hacer deporte. Destacaría las impresionantes vistas de la playa de El Reducto desde el salón y la habitación principal, así como la calidad de los muebles, vajilla (algo escasa), ropa de cama y toallas. Te sientes como en tu casa porque no son muebles para el turismo, sino para vivir. Funcionó todo a la perfección, pero hay que destacar la amabilidad de Álvaro, que nos recibió puntualmente y nos aconsejó los lugares para visitar y para comer. También hay que destacar la limpieza del piso. Nos gustó Arrecife porque no es una ciudad turística y hay muy buena comunicación con casi todas las playas y pueblos de la isla. Recomendable sin duda. Gracias a todos.

Beautiful, bright and well-kept apartment. Very spacious, quiet, with all possible technological equipment (huge TV and Netflix included) and a magnificent view of the playa de reducto and the ocean. Excellent location and private parking. Solarium and gazebo on the private terrace, and some fitness machines. The staff is super: water, nespresso, beers, some extra face masks included!

Very well located, right on the Playa Reducto promenade. Amazing views from the roof top patio and the Apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs. Very spacious though ideally suited for one couple and kids versus two couples. It was just the 2 of us so found it very spacious indeed. Perfect to use as home base and drive around the various sites across the Island. Walking distance to a 5 star hotel and its restaurants and even the Marina complex of restaurants are within 3 kms. Very well managed and easy to contact.

Big living room and very nice view. The living room have a big curved smart TV with access at Netflex!! :)) There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has it's own bathroom The other bedroom shares the bathroom with the one from living room. So if you are 2 couples travelling, one couple has more intimacy then the other, but overall you will enjoy. The location is excellent with great view over the ocean and very close to the city center where you will find great restaurants with nice views too, clubs, supermarkets etc.
