Self-service accommodation in a central location

Clean and modern. Great location near the train station, bus station, bars and restaurants. The shared kitchen was convenient for having breakfast.

We have stayed in several similar accommodations in Italy and have always appreciated talking to a friendly live host, but this time we never saw the host and the communication was only on WhatsApp and through lengthy written instructions. The location was a bit noisy and walls between rooms were thin, so earplugs came in handy.

Stylish, comfortable stay in great central location with very nice owner.

Gorgeous design, comfortable beds, sheets and pillows, everything very stylish and clean. great central location and easy to find, close to main train station and pedestrian area with lots of restaurants. Great communication with the owner and easy check in. Also appreciated that they allowed me to check out 1 hour later.

the street is quite noisy, so it wasn’t possible to sleep with open window, which is good to know if you don’t like AC like me. I always prefer fresh air flow. Also the walls are quite thin, so I could often hear the water running through the water pipes, which disturbed my sleep a couple times. But I’m sensitive to noise, so it probably wouldn’t bother everyone.

Clean and stylish near at the city center

The room was very spacious and clean and I liked the fact that it had two windows in the room and one in the bathroom. The design is very nice and exactly as in photos. The common space has a kitchen and although you cannot use the stove to cook there is a fridge and you can have your breakfast there. The location is also great as it is within the city center and is also close to buses and restaurants. The check-in was also very easy and the host provided clear details on how to check-in. I would stay there again.

Good Value for money.

The place is very central, clean, with all the necessary equipment for a good stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, electric kettle, table and chairs. Free tea or coffee with a croissant at a nearby cafe, was really appreciated.

Unfortunately, we never met anyone of the hosts during our stay, contact was only limited to phone. Bed sheets and towels will never be changed during the stay. For our 2 days stay, it was not a problem.

Vouchers supplied for free coffee and pastry at a lovely local cafe. Beds were extremely comfortable! Host provided an info booklet with local sightseeing, restaurants and bars. Excellent experience!!

Lovely room in apartment right in the centre of cagliari

The bed was very comfy, ensuite was also great - very clean, great shower. Kitchen was well equipped, good air con. Free breakfast at a nearby cafe was amazing! A lovely croissant and coffee. This was greatly appreciated. The kitchen and dining area is well designed and styled - looks great

Only criticisms are that the walls are quite thin - we were woken in the night on multiple nights by someone coughing in another room. This is not the property / hosts fault but just worth noting! And in the kitchen you are not allowed or able to use the hob / oven so if you are wanting to cook meals you are not really able to

You get a voucher to get coffee and a filled croissent. Both taste good but the place is very touristy.

Beautifully done up room with a very comfy bed in the heart of Cagliari.

Located centrally near the main station and old town, close to restaurants and bars. Also liked the non fuss check in and check out all online.

Very nice, well designed and clean room, just in city center! Breakfast is served in nearby caffeteria (coffee and crossaint). If you are bored after sightseeing, netflix is for free ;) Worth staying!

Well located, it has everything new and what you need to have great holidays! Easy communication with the owner. Recommended! Nice design! To note they dont clean or change the towels (they did it for us one time and we stayed one week) otherwise cost extra

The bed was not a two person bed but 2 single beds together, so the mattresses split in between

Very well located, parking nearby (10€ per 24h), great decoration, all amendities needed, good comunication with the owner, good money for value, I trully recomend!!!

The light of the bedside lamp shall be warmer, not so white. As an old building (although it is complete renovated apartment), the soundproofing is not the best, it is possible to listen some noises from other rooms, as the shower for example.

Warm host and Lush Sleep in Cagliari Downtown

Luca is an amazingly attentive and warm host, he replied quickly to any question and granted us a free upgrade to the deluxe room which came as a total surprise! The room and the bathroom are spacious, with a comfortable big bed, new appliances and carefully hygienized linens. The contemporary industrial style gives a feeling of lush and comfort. Check-in was fully automatic with door codes delivered via whatsapp, the free italian breakfast at the local hip cafè was a very nice add. In 10 mins you can reach the whole city center of Cagliari!

Windows (room A is at first floor on a busy city street) and room door not sound-proof, but nothing a pair of earplugs cannot solve.

Everything was perfect. The host sent us very useful information about the room and the city and they were always available through Whatsapp for all kinds of questions. The location is super central but quiet at night. The place itself is nicely decorated and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the TV has Netflix. We even got coupons for a small breakfast in a nice cafe nearby. Our stay could not be better. Look no further, this is the place you want to stay at in Cagliari!
