Enjoyed it, the accommodation was adequate clean and good

Vouchers for breakfast . Good value,different local cafe’s to present the vouchers , nice experience. Basic facility adequate for my needs.

Not much. Didn’t see anybody for the majority of my stay. Too few tea bags, no coffee bags , no biscuits. No tourist info , need to make the new guests feel more welcome.

Parfait

Très bon accueil. Très bien situé quasiment au centre dans une petite maison avec petit jardin .Place de parking gratuite. Les chambres étaient agréables. Les petits déjeuners avaient lieu dans un bar tout à côté et étaient très copieux ( avec jus d'orange frais !)

Les chambres manquaient de lumière Il manquait des accrochages pour les serviettes de bain dans la salle de bain

I soldi in più rispetto alla concorrenza era per una buona colazione?

Struttura pulita e ordinata con tutti i servizi indispensabili. Gradito il frigo personale e il bollitore! Vicinissima al centro cittadino e al porto!

Il parcheggio non è a uso esclusivo degli ospiti, il cancello rimane aperto di notte.( Sarebbe meglio chiuderlo). Le colazioni vengono gestite fuori dalla struttura, ( se avete intolleranze alimentari come nel mio caso non avete scelta di poter fare una colazione senza pagare altri soldi).Inoltre nella contrattazione avevo fatto presente il nostro problema e mi era stato risposto che la nostra richiesta era stata presa in carico. Quando si è presa visione al locale del problema, nessuna risposta ai messaggi. Ormai non eravamo più clienti visto il check-out!!!! Atteggiamento non carino.

Stanza situata in ottima posizione

Ottima posizione, parcheggio all'interno del cortile, stanza pulita e accogliente, personale disponibile e gentile, colazione presso ottimo bar a pochi passi dalla stanza o possibilità di prepararsi in stanza un te/tisana con bollitore elettrico.

Tornerò di sicuro ma eviterò la colazione inclusa

Posizione, parcheggio, cortesia e accoglienza ...

La colazione nel bar convenzionato non permetteva di scegliere se non tra caffè te e cappuccino. Avremmo preferito un tetto di spesa a cui eventualmente aggiungere qualcosa di tasca per soddisfare i gusti diversi e non il solito cornetto cappuccino e succo di frutta, NB succo e non spremuta.

Buena opción en Cagliari con check in a mejorar

Está ubicado frente al Hospital, a unos 15 minutos caminando del centro. Tiene un sitio para estacionar muy cómodo. La habitacion es cómoda y tiene una pequeña heladera. Si bien para volver del centro de noche la,zona es un poco solitaria es muy Segura y no tuvimos problema.

Tuvimos problema con el check Inn. Al llegar no estaban pata recibirnos y no contestaba llamadas ni whatsapp. Una de las personas que acomoda el parking en la calle nos dijo que entraramos al predio y llamáramos a la puerta. Ahí si salió una persona y nos recibio. Detalle de organización para mejorar.

Excellent place to spend few days in Cagliari.

The room is nice and clean. The staff is helpful. Close to the central part but there is a steep road to go. Excellent parking. Close to restaurants and cafes.

The bar where the breakfast is served opens at 8 AM which might be a problem for those who need to leave early.

Prima voor een nachtje overblijven.

Kamers waren ruim en heel schoon. Vlakbij centrum.

De incheck was niet zo fijn. Midden in de nacht aangekomen met laatste vlucht. We wisten dat we wat bij moesten betalen voor late check in. Maar let op goed op de “/h” achter de prijs: €5/h. vanaf 20.00 uur extra en €10 na 00.00 uur. We betaalden dus niet €10 maar €30 extra voor late check in. Omdat we deze constructie nog niet eerder hadden meegemaakt, ontstond er een discussie maar personeel bleef wel vriendelijk.

perfect stay with a baby

great location, easy to walk around in Cagliari with a baby. airconditioned, clean and comfortable place with table and chairs to sit outsite and garden and playground for the toddler. parking was available and the breakfast was great too!

Great location. Simple offering but great value for money

Breakfast was simple but especially good in bar cocchetti. Location was perfect, easy walk to everything. I walked uphill from airport train arriving at central train station and had lunch enroute as too early to check in. 10-15 mins walk total. All very easy. Its in the heart of a busy traffic street and so very noisy but you get used to it as background noise. Easy walk to everywhere and bus stop just outside for further afield. You can walk to different bus stop downtown to get the bus to the beach

I didnt like the key situation - 3 doors - room, building, gate. 3 locks one set of keys issued. The door of the main house needed a key to get out ( not ideal for emergency) and was often left open by others, though it felt safe anyway.

Cagliari was a very pleasant surprise

Location is excellent. Price & facilities for the location is excellent. The place is a great find for the price

When we 1st checked in we paid the taxe de séjour in cash. When we returned after lunch a different guy at reception didn't believe us & insisted on seeing our receipt & passports again. Cant believe they don't keep records so that he could see we had already paid. Breakfast is extremely basic & provided at a café next door. Nobody spoke any language other than Italian, I know this sounds arrogant but a measure of french , english or even german would have helped

Breakfast was good with both cafes. The availability of parking space and security.

instead of plastic cups, a ceramic cup or cups suitable for hot drinks would be greatly appreciated. pls add the hangers for the closet.

This place is a winner

Remarkable location, right in the heart of old town, with a stunning view of the city wall, and easy foot access to dining opportunities in a mesmerizing ancient pedestrian walkway. The play area for children helped our 7 year old burn off his pent up energy. We also really appreciated the free secure parking.

For the price, it exceeded our expectations.

Excellent; highly reommended for longer periods of stay, in particular for working.

The breakfast was outsourced to coffee bars in close proximity to the location - very pleasant.

I stayed for 20 days and was entirely happy with the location and staff. There were outages of wifi but these were due to the local service providers, not the hosts; I had the same issues with my mobile data; the hosts did everything in their power to solve the issues.

Handy, modern room

Modern, clean tidy.

Had booked for two single beds as we were two single women. Bed made up as double so the small single bed was unmade. Man could do nothing about other than find a sheet. ... So i slept on it with a big towel over me. No one rectified it so we found a cover in a high cupboard which i used for the next few nights.

Very well located staff very friendly.

I found very difficult to find the property parking a and sign on the gate indicating the parking or the property name would have helped a lot. The air-con wasn’t working and was a hot day so it was difficult for us to sleep. Other than that property was ok

A pleasant stop for one night, in a good location, at a good price, with parking.

The room was simple but had all the facilities we needed and everything in the room worked, including fridge, hairdryer, aircon. The location is excellent for walking around the town. The breakfast was simple but good (coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, bread/butter/jam), in the cafe next door using a voucher from the hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke good English.

The WiFi was difficult to connect to initially, even with the correct password. It took a few attempts to connect phones. My laptop refused to connect for some reason. There was no prior information given about where to park, so it was a bit stressful trying to find the parking area from the street. Once located it was a good parking location and better than being on the street. It would have been useful to tell us that the hot water needed to be switched on as the hot water only lasted for 1 shower. We later found the heater switch, which improved things!

The bathroom was pretty clean, the telly worked. Beds were quite comfortable. It was near to the city centre.

It was loud during the night beause of the traffic. The air conditioner didn't work, mugs were missing.
