Accogliente e silenziosa

Ottima struttura ben organizzata, non manca nulla. Camera molto accogliente e silenziosa Check in veloce e anticipato di 2 ore grazie alla gentilissima proprietaria.

Comfortable and clean

A very comfortable stay. It was ideal having a room at the back of the property, away from the street noise (it is located on a walking street with loads of restaurants and bars). The bed was very comfortable!

Would be noisy to be staying towards the front of the accommodation on a Friday night.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, ci tornerei volentieri.

Posizione ottima, camera pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Struttura nuovissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Orario flessibile per il check-in.

La scala di ingresso è molto ripida e stretta.

Room was clean, could have been advised re # of stairs needed to climb before getting to room.

I thought breakfast was included and it was not, no coffee machine or kettle in room, no waste paper basket. Never saw the David, got instructions re keys through what 's app. Location was good however no info re recommended restaurants, sites to see or how to get around Cagliari. Video of how to get keys was great.

You pay only for the central location

Location is central

Very basic room, it's a shame that there was mold in the soap in the bathroom. It was signaled to the owner but he said the soap could be used anyways. It's a shame.

average stay quite disappointing

location was pretty decent

owner is trying to scam us out of money. told us to leave money on counter with we did but straight away accuses us and threatens us if we now don’t bank transfer more money. very noisy even during times we was told to be quiet and didn’t offer breakfast which we was lead to believe via website

Exceptional

Good location in pedestrian zone in the centre, possibility and perfect organization of check-in after midnight and very good communication with the owner. The appartment was tidy and clean.

Very nice room in a great location!

The room was really nice and cosy. Davide was really nice and let us drop our luggage in the morning and check in early. Very good location as well!

Fair enough for the price

The location is hard to beat and I didn't get any noise from the street below. Communication was clear and easy with the host and I was allowed to keep a bag after checkout.

The room smelled a little damp, no cups were provided, the AC wasn't working exactly correctly.

Conveniently located in the very centre, a few minutes from the train station. There are many dining options in the street. Communication with the owner was very good as was the check in process. I was allowed to put my bag in the luggage store even after the check out and pick it up later. The room was quiet and clean. Recommended

Exceptional

Staff and location are unbeatable. It is right smack in the middle of all the restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to everything, even the train station.

Only thing I would like yo point out is the fact that it is right next to pubs so you would hear the music in the room, other than that the place is a 10.

Very good

The staff was very responsive and incredibly helpful. The place was clean, well equiped and nice to stay in, additionaly the location was super convenient. Fully recommended :)

Pleasant

It is located close to the train station; the wifi connection is good.

The property is located on the party street, and loud music plays past midnight. The room did not have a window, and although all the facilities were functional, it looked a bit rundown. There was a painted glass window between the bathroom and the common area; the hot water is limited (be careful when staying with a group!). The room was generally clean, but there was a bit of rubbish and someone's hairband in the shower.
