ウェルカムドリンクでコーヒーをロビーで飲むことが出来て、到着してすぐに落ち着くことが出来る。本館では3階で洗濯機、乾燥機があって、急いで洗濯する場合に便利。ここには無料の氷もあって、冷たい水を飲みたかったので助かった。
駐車場無料で利用可能で、立地も倉吉駅からも近い市内の便利な場所だったので、出張の際に利用するのに最適。
新館の1階には広々としてきれいな温泉の大浴場があって、サウナも楽しめて癒された。
すぐ隣にはショッピングモールがあり、必要な物をすぐ購入出来て非常に便利だった。
Wi-Fiも使えて、特に不満は感じなかった。

I had two deluxe twin rooms, and they were very comfortable.
Check-in at around 4:00pm on a Saturday, hotel parking was full. So I parked at the parking lot of Purple town, which was also very crowded too.

大浴場の中の引水後のコップを収納するゴミ箱が小さいため､ゴミ箱に収納出来ず溢れて返っている
見苦しいので客の私が拾い集めたが、なぜホタルはこの状態を放置しているのか？
ロッカーが今だに100円コインが必要で､客は知らないからコインを持ってきていないためロッカーの鍵をかけられない
インバウンド（中国）客が洗面器に水を入れたまま､この中のカミソリやそのビニール袋を突っ込んで放置していて非常に見苦しく不快！
