The living room has a full size futon and a love seat. It has a kitchen, full size refrigerator, and 1 small bathroom. The outside has a large deck and gas firepit. Also, a gas grill. The location is very convenient to all activities. No pets and no smoking. Great place for a get-a-away family vacation. This house is seasonal available May -October The condo association has TWO private, quaint, sandy, beaches about 3 cottages down in either direction!! One has a swim platform. The area: 3 miles from Weirs Beach & Fun Spot! Bank of Pavilion for concerts just 2 miles away Margate hotel is next door where there are typically fireworks at 955 after weddings on the weekends. Sit on the beach and watch them overhead. Local grocery store is within walking distance! Ice cream - just a short drive, kayak or boat ride away! Boat rentals just around the corner! Downtown Meredith & Church Landing - about 10 mins away! Playgound on premises *Toiletries are NOT provided. *No washer/dryer *Parking for 2 cars

Toilet had a piece of wood on the base of it. The whole place was run down. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend

This was a great little place to stay. We really enjoyed the location, easy to get to weirs beach area. Tight quarters but we really didn't spend time inside other than nighttime. Had a fun weekend overall😀

The area is beautiful, with so much to do. Loved having a grocery store nearby. It was very easy to go out and do day trips. The weather didn’t always cooperate, but there was plenty of things to do.

We had a very good time. The cottage was clean. Neighbors were very nice. It’s nice and quiet. It’s close to many restaurants, grocery, shopping, and activities. Walking distance to the beach. Definitely a positive experience. Host was very responsive as well. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I were looking to have a weekend away and this little house was perfect for us! Super close to all of the fun things the area has to offer yet far enough away to not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This was a great place to stay. We loved the large deck, gas grill and close proximity to the Bank of New Hampshire pavillion. There is parking and a beach to relax. The owner was easily accessible to us by phone to answer questions. We had a great time.

The best thing about the rental was the location and the access to the lake. The home was small we literally had no place to put our belongings, tv was on top of the refrigerator which we found odd but we made it work. We were very disappointed in some of the conditions. The second day we had planned to use and grill and enjoy the deck unfortunately the grill was not clean. We sat down at the table which was filthy. Small black ants were everywhere. We ended up using all the ant traps under the sink. I contacted the owner on the third day and let's just say she was less than helpful because I waited to contact her about our concerns. I think the home needs a good cleaning and a professional to handle the insects.

This was a great cottage for a couple or family of 3. My boys had a great time and my 9 year old loved the loft sleeping area. Wifi and Netflix worked great. Location was convenient but fairly noisy due to proximity to the street but not a big deal. Place was clean and had clear instructions for easy access upon arrival.

My husband and our 2 young children stayed here 6/28-6/30 for a weekend of boating at the lake. The property was exactly as we expected. It is small, just enough space for us, but it was very clean and everything was updated. The bunk is definitely not suited for young kids - but we didn't end up needing it. The kitchen is small but very well stocked - The owner provides everything you will need. Check in was easy and we could have used a mooring if we decided to. We would definitely stay here again.
