Situated in Paugus Bay, this attractive cottage for $595 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy a family vacation at the Lake in the privacy of your own cottage relaxing on a wide front porch beside the water's edge or on one of the secluded side decks or spacious docks. The property is conveniently located yet surprisingly private. The 1934 camp has been upgraded to offer modern amenities while preserving its vintage charm. Enjoy 200 ft of private shoreline, lighthouse, dock, and swimming area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of bedrooms have king-size tempurpedic beds and the third has a full-size bed. There's also a pullout couch on the first floor. The first floor has a beautiful kitchen, a spacious living room, large, glassed-in/screened-in porch, an outdoor grilling deck off the kitchen and a second outdoor deck on the opposite side of the house so you can enjoy sun or shade any time of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, range and refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Located on Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire's largest lake, and only minutes away from many superb restaurants and attractions of the Lakes Region. Nearby attractions include Weir's Beach - a large sandy beach and boardwalk and home of MS Mount Washington cruise ship, Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion - an outdoor concert amphitheater, and Gunstock Mountain - a recreational area where you can experience a zipline tour, mountain coaster, and scenic lift rides.

You will not be disappointed with this beautiful lakefront rental. The views, the expansive dock, beach and super clean property is going to make this a repeat spot for us. It was refreshing with so many condos on this lake to find a private lake house with a wonderful location and privacy all to its own . Brian and Elizabeth answer texts and were great hosts . We have enjoyed family vacations with our kids since they were small and now continue to share that with them and our three grandchildren. Would recommend.

great house, great property. loved the dock, close to stores if you need them. great place if you just want to go and stay there, but if the kids/grandkids want to go to the tourist stuff, it's very close. we really enjoyed it, second year in a row, hope we can do it again next year.

My family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Super clean and comfy. Amazing lake views and access. Docks, decks and private beach were awesome. Numerous amenities. Seemed like everything we needed was right there for us. We rented a pontoon boat locally and had a blast. Owners, Brian and Elizabeth were accessbile and made sure every detail was thought through. We could see just how much this home means to them and their family and were very happy to be a part of the tradition and make some memories of our own.

House is in a great location, private but near everything. More land than typical which was nice. Decks and porch were especially awesome. House was very clean - great communication and information provided by owners. Would love to stay again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property! The house was updated and immaculate, the views from the waterfront porch were amazing, and the dock/beach area were perfect for lounging and swimming. Brian was easy to communicate with, very friendly, and left a comprehensive Welcome Book and thoughtful bottle of wine for us! Don't hesitate to book this fantastic property.

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was spotless and had everything you might need. The little beach area was a great place for the kids to play and a great way to get your toes in the sand. Brian was very responsive and the welcome package had all the information needed to ensure a great stay.
We rented a boat from Fay's boatyard as well. (They were great too!) The only piece of feedback we had was that docking in this area can be a bit rough at times due to traffic on the water and weather conditions so would certainly suggest taking caution and having the appropriate experience. Otherwise amazing trip and amazing property. Many thanks!

Amazing vacation stay on Winnipesaukee!
My family and I had such an amazing vacation at this wonderful property! Brian and Elizabeth were amazing hosts and gave us the full tour and helped us with settling in.
The whole property was great, but the winning spots were the front porch looking out over the lake with wrap around windows, and the spaces on the dock to hang out.
I would highly recommend this for a great vacation spot!

Great Waterfront Getaway
The house and waterfront property were the perfect getaway. From the amazing views of the lake, beautiful sunsets, and time relaxing in the house, we quickly realized this was a special place.

Perfect lake vacation
We cannot say enough great things about our lake vacation. The house was perfect for our family getaway in New Hampshire. We had a great time spending time on the docks, swimming in the lake, or just relaxing in the front room playing games. The house is centrally located to a lot of fun family activities that we took advantage of. The owner was very easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to get us through the week. We appreciate the owner sharing this special house with us and hope to rent again if we visit the area again.

Very nice lakefront property
We had a great family vacation at this home. The house is warm and inviting, clean and nicely decorated. There are nice views and incredible sunsets and lots of boat activity with location close to the channel. There is a beautiful newer dock and nice area to sit by the edge of the lake. The owners, Brian and Elizabeth, are very friendly and accommodating.

We enjoyed our 2-week stay very much. The beach area was wonderful for our 1 and 3 year old grand kids. They dug in the sand and splashed in the water. The dock is beautiful and was very easy to use with our 19' motor boat. We were glad to have the tie-downs on both sides as it did get windy from time to time. The kitchen has been updated, was well stocked and big enough for us to maneuver around. The Living room is open and comfortable, and we spent lots of time on the porch which has windows all around so it was comfortable during our cooler weather. The washer and dryer worked out great. The bathroom was also updated and the shower very nice!
The location is near Weirs beach and Meredith Bay so we had lots to do and we enjoyed driving our boat up to a few waterfront restaurants.
The hosts provided a very thorough welcome package with everything we needed and touched base during our stay just to be sure we had everything that we needed.
If we can get our family together again in this area we will return. The sun sets directly across the bay and is magnificent!

This home is comfortable and beautiful. I stayed with my family including two boys 3 and 6. Perfect getaway!
Our family of five really enjoyed our week at this property. It was spacious, impeccably clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and you could tell the owners, Brian and Elizabeth, put a lot of thought and work into the upkeep and presentation of their home. Everything was that perfect combination of modern and comfortable from the kitchen and bathroom to the furnishings. A/C would have been nice but there were plenty of fans and only one day was it really hot. We loved the use of the dock both for reading/sunning and for docking our rental boat. We have been renting at the lake for the past 11 years and this property is one of the best we've stayed at. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and it's close enough to drive into Meredith (about 15 min.) or Wolfeboro (about 40 min.) for walking the towns and getting food/coffee/etc. The screened in porch on the back of the house was a favorite spot for eating, reading, and sipping coffee. Thanks to Brian and Elizabeth for a wonderful stay!

The house is great for entertaining and while it maintains a cottage vibe, it’s updated kitchen and bathroom make the house perfect! It’s an absolutely beautiful property with tons of outdoor space (including a sandy beach, huge dock, and amazing sun room/porch) and beautiful views from almost every room in the house! The house feels extremely private/secluded, but it is really close to grocery stores, bars/restaurants, and outdoor activities (hiking, boating, swimming, blueberry picking, etc). We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend renting this fantastic home!!!!

Picturesque Cabin Getaway on Paugus Bay
My family of 4 enjoyed our week away at this lovely home. The property was surprisingly private considering that there are condos in back and to the side. It was a good size for our small family and occasional guests with 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 king sized beds and 1 queen) and a pullout couch (that we didn't end up using). We spent most of our time on the beautiful enclosed front porch overlooking the lake or at the table under the umbrella on the nice, new dock. The inside of the house was very neat, clean, and perfectly decorated in lakehouse style with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was upscale with granite and new cabinets and well stocked with everything we needed. There is only one bathroom and it is quite small, but it was nicely renovated with granite, hardwood, and a gorgeous custom shower and worked fine for our small group. We had a couple hot nights since there is no AC, but the hosts provided a power full fan for each room, and the first floor living room and porch had ceiling fans to keep air circulating. Paugus Bay was very rough at times of high boat traffic (mostly on the weekend and some afternoons) which made it a little difficult to swim or paddle board, but there is a nice little sandy beach next to the lighthouse that we spent time at. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and had thought of most everything before we arrived, so we didn't need to reach out with any questions during our stay. Overall, it was a very nice property that we would definitely stay at again.

The house looked like it had just been updated. New bath, gourmet kitchen, brand new linens and towels. Lots of supplies provided. Great spot. Great beach. The owner was very responsive. Thanks Brian. We had a great stay! 5 stars!
