3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Fully Furnished and Stocked Lake Home with Sandy Beach This beautiful lake home has been newly remodeled in 2023 all new flooring, Beds, Bedding, Dishes etc. Appliances are from 2016 It is fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing getaway. Just bring your clothes, toiletries and Beach Towels and food! The master bedroom has a King size bed while the second and third bedrooms both have 2 full size bed's each. 2 Bathrooms include a tub shower, also a half Bath by the Living room Beautiful big yard on the road and lake side. Enjoy the 4 season room and Sun Room that overlooks the 40 yrd wide channel. Fish from the Pier or Sea Wall or head out on the lakes Explore all 5 connecting Lakes (Witmer, Westler, Dallas, Hackenburg and Messick). A beautifull sandy beach perfect for swimming for all ages. Some lifejackets available are : lot of the standard orange ones 2 youth weight 50-90lbs chest 26-29inches 1 infant weight less than 30lbs 1 adult weight more than 90lbs chest size 30-52inches 1 adult super large weight more than 90 lbs chest size 40-60inches 1 adult large weight more than 90 lbs chest size 44-46inches

This was the perfect home for us to to enjoy some quality time with extended family. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and the six of us could all enjoy meals together at the dining room table, screened porch or outdoor patio. My teenage son spent hours catching channel catfish and we kayaked most days. While the lake was busy on the weekend (July visit) it was very tranquil all week. There are a couple close places to get dinner or ice cream and the neighborhood is quiet. It was really the perfect getaway.

The little shallow Sandy beach area was perfect for our little ones who came last trip (and came for a few hours this trip). The teens enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks- Addis the adults. I especially loved that we could rent a pontoon boat and go out on the lake and see the sunset every day. The others liked swimming off the boat. I like that the canal is quiet and has no wake and feels safe for our swimmers and kayakers. We also loved being close to a really fun ice cream shop with horses next to it, and restaurants like Coody Browns where I could get a real Indiana pork tenderloin sandwich! How I have missed those! My grandfather used to make them! Enjoyed the glassed and screened porch too. The new windows were wonderful!

What a fantastic place! Cleanest place we have ever rented. Kitchen was complete like it was your own. Comfortable beds, all bedding was very nice, more than enough towels for the 7 of us. We enjoyed meeting with the owner, very nice! Would recommend this house to everyone! Thank you Barb for letting us stay!

Our visit was wonderful. The property owner was really nice and easy to work work. The house was very very clean. The dart board arcade was a hit for all of us The house had everything you would ever need plus some. Lots of entertainment there's always something to do there even if it's outside or inside. We could not experience any lake activities but we enjoyed the games, puzzles, and modies. Overall great stay and would 100% stay again.

We had a great time at this home. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us. The beds were comfortable and although we wanted to spend time together we each had a private space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The countryside was beautiful and the location was very quiet and peaceful. We will probably be back next yer.

Our family had such an amazing time at the lake house. So many amazing memories were made that we'll all cherish for the years to come.
The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the house had EVERYTHING that you could possibly need. We all enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks and the fishing was incredible! We caught several bass off of the pier and even more out on the lake! Barbel was so friendly and accomadating....we couldn't be any happier with our stay! Thank you, for allowing us to enjoy your home!!

Thank you so much for having a very clean and well stocked home. It was nice to be able to sit back and relax while we were there. My husband had a good time fishing off the dock. I don't think I have stayed in a house with such a well stocked kitchen before. Thanks again.

The beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. We found a very nice ice cream place within 10 minutes of the house: "Brenda's Ice Cream" which we highly recommend! We will hopefully be able to return next spring.

We are repeat stayers at this property. It works out so well to accommodate our entire family. This home is on one level, which helps the elderly in our family. It also has kid friendly activities to do on site. We also love that it comes with everything we need to cook and meal prep all ready for us in the kitchen. We all love that it is homey, safe and in a quiet neighborhood.

We loved sitting in a back room watching locals ice fishing on the frozen lake. The owner was friendly and super accessible by text and email. The house had everything we needed (only downside was not being permitted to use the fireplace). Spacious and homey, and close to Amish Country. Would recommend!

As always, a great place to get away and relax. The kids love the game room and the house is spacious for having plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Also,. the road is great for taking walks on and all the neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

We loved this house! Owner had everything you need and then some, house has lots of room for everyone. The garage that is converted into a game room was great...kids all had a great time. House was very clean and very well kept. Owner was very responsive and super nice.

The location is peaceful, the home VERY clean. There is something there for everybody. Even with being reasonably priced, it is a bargain !

Even though the weather was not the most accommodating, our stay at Dallas Lake was very enjoyable as cousin's were able to reminiscence about family times spent together at Dallas Lake in the 1970's and 80's at a family owned property on the North Shore. That property remains standing and has been well maintained by subsequent owners.
The VRBO property was spacious enough for our family and well maintained,so it worked out perfectly for our needs.

We stayed once with just the four of us. This time we added three more and it still worked out great. Taking the pontoon around was a major highlight. We will be back again!
