Very clean room small kitchen with a fridge (a must for every hotel or apartment) and a kettle.
The 8 flights of stairs, 74 of them if you are young and fit no problem but for an old man like me a bit of a nightmare.

The property is spacious and super clean.
The bed was not comfortable at all. The lack of parking in the area during our stay was a nightmare. Usually there is a free big parking space, however there was a special event and we literally turned around in circles for an hour and a half with no luck. I had to park and remove it at 6 am the next day.

newly renovated, clean room, secured appartment, free parking possible nearby, friendly staff that she waited for my late arrival due to the delayed exit from the cruise, private kitchen which was a suprise and bonus
everything went on perfectly till the hot water disappeared after i satrted my shower ~2 minutes, i had to wash my hair and did the shower with cold water;
it's extremely noisy during the night especially the weekend nights, the party noise from outsiide faded till 1 am
