Property is very well equipped. Fireplace, fire pit, patio heaters, Webber grill. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Thanks Mike for letting us stay at your wonderful property.

Very nice place, great location. Comfy beds. The only issue (never encountered before) was that the fridge/freezer were already full of the owner's food. We brought food for 5 people for 5 days, so it was a very tight fit. But we managed. Great place. And, just a warning, sound travels like crazy down that long hallway, into/from the rooms, so there will be no secrets in your group anywhere in the condo.

We had a wonderful stay! Michael was very responsive and helpful. His condo was very charming and quaint! It was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly ask for. We would definitely consider renting it again!!

My family was in town for the Ironman. Mike's condo was a wonderfully equipped place for relaxation and preparation. It is close to town, restaurants and shopping, while being tucked away in quiet surroundings. We enjoyed the firepit, the gas grill and the beautiful outdoor deck and furniture. The furnishings inside the home were upscale and extremely comfortable. This property is highly recommended and I would definitely rent again. Thank you Mike for sharing your beautiful space with us!

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Good location and very nice outdoor space.

Excellent property! Our family of 5 stayed for a week mid-August and we were very happy here. The master bedroom is beautiful and the bed is huge. Our teen appreciated his own room in the queen, and our 10 and 11 year old kids loved the twin room. Every room was tastefully decorated and the condo was stocked with everything we would possibly need, included a washer and dryer. When we mistakenly brought the wrong type of coffee for the pot, Michael sent us some via his neighbor! The deck is beautiful with a lovely view and we enjoyed several meals out there. We loved using the fire pit table, so relaxing, and our kids even roasted marshmallows to make s'mores one night! It was a quick (5 minutes or less) walk into the main part of the village and the condo was in a quiet area. Michael was very helpful and always responded promptly to our inquiries. We look forward to staying here again when we are in the area!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was spacious and furnished with everything anyone would want for a week at Lake Placid. Although our visit was during the summer we could see that a winter stay would be quite enjoyable with the fireplace. The location was outstanding. I fact, if one wanted, the car could stay parked and most of Lake Placid could be taken in on foot. If we decide to visit Lake Placid again, we know where we will be staying.

Michael's condo was perfect for our long weekend. The house was immaculate, decorated tastefully and the kitchen was fully stocked to even accommodate one of our group who was a graduate of the Culinary Institute. The patio has expansive views and we couldn't have asked for a nicer spot to sit and relax, eat our meals or have coffee in the morning. Another plus - town is within walking distance. Michael was available and attentive before, during and after our stay. A gracious host! I highly recommend this lovely condo and hope we'll be able to snag it again for next summer's horse show!

The condo was just as beautiful inside as the view from the deck! Perfect spot to wind down after long days of exploring. Easy walk right into town and to both Mirror Lake and Lake Placid. The host was easy to contact and helpful with recommendations on places to eat. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Placid!
