The Breakfast was excellent and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. The room had a lot of space and had an amzing veiw. I was super happy that the room came with an iron and an ironing board. The hotel was also very close to the S-bahn, which made it easy to travel to the stadium nearby and downtown.
The key card kept malfunctioning, but the service desk was able to help fix it and they were super nice and professional. The only thing that was really bad during my stay was the cleanliness of the bathrrom in my room. The sink looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a couple of weeks and was a little disgusting.

The room was very spacious and very nice bathroom.
Parking cost 23 Euros per day. Breakfast was very good but 22 euros per day.

I particularly liked the balcony, although it was facing the backyard.
Not very cheap. It is not very near the city centre.

Good location for our concert. Close to the city.
Friendly staff.
The fridge in the room was really dirty. The drinking glasses in the bathroom were dirty with tooth paste. The soap was empty. We were on level 13. Going up and down was a really slow process.
