The location and facilities were amazing. Very nice and spacious room. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Could not check in earlier. But this is somewhat normal

This is a good hotel located 5 minutes walk from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof and hence perfectly located for both exploring Hamburg and the surrounding areas by public transport.
My room, a single room, was a decent size and the bathroom was large. I was very happy with my room.
The breakfast buffet was varied with both hot and cold items but the layout meant the buffet area tended to get crowded quickly.
If you want a centrally located hotel in Hamburg, this hotel is a good option.

Comfy bed, quiet. Central
Awful neighborhood. Probably not dangerous but aesthetically not pleasant. Staff was not very efficient

The bed was really nice.
Close to the station.
Some of the workers were really friendly
Too small bathroom
Not good drainage. It had a smell.
