Posizione vicino al parco e al centro commerciale, disponibilità della proprietaria, televisione per l'intrattenimento e tutti i servizi funzionanti.
Le zanzare purtroppo entrano nonostante le zanzariere, ma chiudendo le finestre e utilizzando l'aria condizionata si sta benissimo.
