Basic accomodations but very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy, hot shower, cold AC and a good location to access restaurants, markets and tours. The outdoor patio chairs and hammock were also very nice to relax in.
I have no complaints but would like to let other guests know that the check in reception is not at the hotel. We found the hotel and walked in circles looking for reception. When I messaged the "front desk" to ask, the host was very quick to respond and tell us where to check-in.

The property is very well located at the heart of Tortugero and fully surrounded by nature. A huge iguana has been chilling on the patio tree during our stay :) Place is clean, bed super comfortable and balcony hammock a plus to chill during the evening!

Hotel was great. Clean and spacious!
We went on the canoe tour offered by the hotel because of the good reviews on booking, but our guide’s English was very poor and we didn’t understand most stories he told us on the way. We felt disappointed so book a tour with another company!
