A un passo da Giorgione alla via di mezzo!

Tutto bene, struttura centralissima, pulita e moooolto profumata, tutto sapeva di pulito. Host gentilissima e disponibile!

La doccia sarebbe molto più funzionale se avesse un box doccia e non una tenda.

Good place with invisible host!

The setting is very quaint with a lovely window outlook over the surrounding countryside. The heating and plumbing worked well.

The invisible hostess as has been mentioned by other guests! Despite two advance emails on the preceding days, we had no communication from Susanna beforehand. She did finally email at 11am on the arrival day but we were already in transit and without internet access. Getting the key code proved a challenge but we did eventually after an hour at the apartment. No toaster and disposal plastic coffee cups were an issue.

Superb

A lovely self-contained unit over 3 floors with a private terrace in a good position for exploring the old town. Very comfortable bed. Near to free parking. Good wifi. Very clean and well decorated. Once we managed to make contact with the host, everything was fine and we would stay here again.

Lack of communication prior to arrival so unsure how to obtain keys or where to park. If you don't speak any Italian, this could be difficult to overcome. Shower very small and water went everywhere as not well contained by the shower curtain. Loose toilet seat that tipped up if you didn't sit on it correctly. We weren't aware of the kitchen cleaning requirement (or fee) prior to booking. (Perhaps we didn't read booking.com well enough.)

Very good

Wonderful location in Montefalco, with a gorgeous balcony and incredible views of the town and surrounding countryside. A very magical place! The host was also lovely and very easy to deal with, and the check in/out process was seamless. A great stay for us.

The parking options are very limited because of the proximity of the accom to the centre of Montefalco - only registered vehicles can park on the road outside, and as a result it was a bit of a climb to get to the property from the designated parking area - we ended up just packing a daybag each and leaving out suitcases in the car. Other than that, it was brilliant!

The flat was very clean and in a nice location.

The host did not reply to my 2 messages via booking about our time of arrival. The cleaning lady was still cleaning the flat on our arrival at 3pm. The host did not come to meet us and communication was via Whattsapp messages. I booked the flat because it was described as being air-conditioned. We later learnt that that that would be an extra - communicated to us via the cleaning lady who was cleaning with the air- conditiong turned on! We were shown by the host via a Whattsapp photo in small print in the flat facilities which was not obvious at the time of the booking). How the cost of the use of Air-conditioning would be calculated was not explained ? We were not charged this extra in the end. One hour before our departure we were also informed that we would have to also leave a local tax of €1.50 per night, per person. My husband had to go in search of an open shop where he could change some cash so that we could leave this. This would have been much more straightforward if our host had met us on arrival and explained this to us at the beginning.

The place is in the very center of the beautiful village of Montefalco. It is every cosy and clean, the host had some nice attentions bringing us some milk and cookies to have breakfast. There is some places of parking just in front of the house.

Great location, with parking...lovely roof terrace...the town itself is like in a movie...

The bathroom is small...and the breakfast was really modest...we didn't like the soft bed...

Marvellous apartment on three floors in the very centre of the city. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking and the house has all the comforts you will need either for a short or a longer stay. . Value for money was just incredible! And Susanna has been such a great host. Absolutely recommended.
