Fantastic location, beautiful hotel. Very clean, comfortable, great staff. Small bar which we enjoyed an appertivo before dinner. Our room had the original mural/ Paintings from the pallace. Highly recommend

Beautiful palazzo right on the piazza. Our room had original frescoes on all walls. Huge bathroom, great shower, wonderful staff. Nice spa area. Perfect!

The unique Medieval decor of our room with large bathroom, all in a convenient location on the main piazza. Excellent coffee at breakfast.
Bedhead was cluttered and there was not much space for all our bedside items. There could have been a separate area for the kettle, a desk chair, spot to place a second suitcase, ventilation/ cooling system that was more user-friendly and not so noisy. For the size of the bathroom there could be a bath! It could have been more clearly spelt out that we had to pay extra for scrambled eggs as opposed to boiled. The breakfast choices were limited and some of the fruit unripe. Receptionist was not the friendliest soul or clear in her communication. However, she did fulfil our room request.
