Lovely location - unusable wifi.

The furniture was sturdy and the home came with two garage spots. The location was terrific, right across from the Waldorf Astoria.

The WIFI was insufficient to do a zoom call. The furniture was very dated. Probably purchased in 1998. Browns and dark woods and old. On the main floor, the lighting was pretty dull.

price doesn’t match what was offered

there were no spices, wasn’t deep cleaned, only one dish cloth, one ply tissue paper, blanket in living room had stains and food debris, dishes were cheap as they were super hot in the microwave, pull out bed had dirty top sheet with candy “crust” only one tv was a smart tv, all other tv had regular TV guide only, too much clutter on counters that we couldn’t put our things on them, wasn’t impressed with kitchen appliances. nothing out of the ordinary was offered to us. for a 2 million dollar home and $1000 a night the home should reflect that price.
